These figures are great. It's kind of old news that they are being released, though. They are all just re-releases of past figures. But for those who are interested in them but didn't get a chance to pick them up before its great news.

Looks good. I wonder how these will compare to Movie Maniacs.

I loved McFarlane's Movie Maniacs. NECA pretty much took over the whole movie figure thing from them. I personally prefer McFarlane because they would sculpt detail on the figure that you would never see. For example, on the Djinn character from Wishmaster, they sculpted his entire legs in intricate detail and then placed the sculpted clothing made from soft plastic over, covering up the legs. But if you lift it up you can see all the work they put into it. NECA does not do this. The Pinhead they made doesn't even have legs. Its just solid all the way down because of his robe. They didn't sculpt legs and then the robe on top, they just sculpted the robe. Also, the sculpting in general is just a notch below from what McF used to put out. Still, they are a good alternative to McFarlane and they have been releasing some killer properties that people have been dying for in plastic form.

Heh, Beetlejuice is so not a horror icon.

Cool figure though.
