Cause in Marvel land Stan Lee created everything and he is the only one so far who has a Legends figure. Also they would have to go to the Kirby estate to ask permission.

It even states on the bottom of the box that NECA has permission from the Kirby estate to release the figure.

No, this is at least the third damaged foot soldier they've done. Just to throw around your regular ones for battle damage display.

It doesn't say on NECA's site whether or not its going to retail...but given how expensive this got on the secondary market, I wouldn't chance it. Specially given how murky the Friday rights are. You never know if Neca might lose the license altogether.

My kiddo broke one of the lanterns off the Crystal Lake sign a long time ago...and I was worried I might never get another chance of attaining one of these again at a decent price. I'll be grabbing another one for sure.

Now Neca...can we please get a re-release of the Predator 2 Trophy wall?

It looks like they must have gotten a lot of the same questions, because I think they have updated the listing to be more specific:

"FRIDAY THE 13TH CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE ACCESSORY SET HAS RESURRECTED FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY ON THE NECA STORE. OPEN PRE-ORDERS CLOSE MAY 27TH AT 11:59 PM ET."

This clarifies the retail or not thing, as well as that they are "open" pre-orders - the way it was worded before says they will take preorders until that date, but adding "open" makes me feel better about holding off for a hot minute or two, worried they might sell out early or something.

I definitely want at least one of them, if not more - but if this is the kind of stuff they will be dropping this month, I would rather do a big order at once. I'm really hoping for some other sets to make a reappearance as well.
