Ben Cooper was the biggest halloween costume manufacturer from the 60s through 80s. If you ever see old halloween masks with the rubber band on the back and a vinyl costume, that's likely a Ben Cooper produced costume. NECA's kids in costumes are licensed Ben Cooper costumes, all based on (or inspired by) those costumes.
