Yeah, prefer that one. BUT, that one wasn't quite right in mimicking the vintage head either. A new sculpt attempt is needed.

These look pretty good. Of all the various products trying to improve on vintage designs I think these are the best bang for the buck. He-man and Battlecat just look great together. Can’t wait to see these on store shelves. Hopefully Walmart and Mattel don’t screw this up. It’s been far too long since we’ve had a retail MOTU line (TRU DC vs MOTU doesn’t count).

Great shots! These are looking better to me each time I see them. (your pics have a tendency to make me spend money I hadn't planned on) They look like they'd be a lot of fun to actually play with. Skeletor and Battle Cat in particular look especially awesome.

They are cool for what they are. I don't think it's a replacement for Classics, but it's a fun trip down memory lane, and then bonus articulation so you can do some new stuff.

In 2010, my oldest got hooked on He-Man thanks to Qubo reruns and the 2002 dvd box set clearances at Walmart for $7. He wanted heman stuff badly but there was nothing to get. Ended up getting a ziplock bag of random crap from 1980’s and 2002 off eBay. (Wasn’t going to spend $40+ on MOTUC for a 6 yr old)

Would have loved to be able to buy something new.

Sweet shots! Looks like real product photos. I've been eyeing these recently and I'm more compelled than ever to get a beast man. Looks like they aren't available anymore. eBay prices are wild.

Do they have plans to release more of these?

I like the looks on these but being Walmart exclusive means I won't be buying unless I can order them online. My local Walmart's are cesspools that I don't visit often and certainly won't for these with the virus going around. I wish toy companies would realize that 2020 is not the year to have us running to stores for action figures. I know they will be widespread at a later date so that's at least a positive.

Great figures, but holy shit I never realized how horrible the proportions were on these figures when I played with them as a kid. Their legs are SO TINY in comparison to their upper bodies, lol.

Amen to that.

I went from "maybe I'll just get a He-Man and Skeletor" to "I need a Battle Cat too" and "why not get the Masters of the WWE Verse Macho Man figure as well" surprisingly fast.

I found He-Man, Skeletor, Battle Cat, and the Sky Sled last Saturday at Walmart. Are these the only ones hitting so far, or are the rest of the figures pictured on the cardbacks also supposed to be hitting Walmart (Teela, Man at Arms, Beast Man, Evil Lyn) and did I just miss those?

I'm just loving this line. I really didn't have a lot of them when I was kid. But having these in hand just take me back to that time. They just feel like "toys" if that makes sense.

I am curious about the future of the line though. It seemed like they were announcing waves one right after another there for a bit. And with the other lines coming soon, I wonder if they're going to slow up or stop these.

Even though I really like these, I'm not getting started on MOTU as I already buy way too many lines. But I might make an exception for that Becky Lynch/Teela figure.

Man, they are absolutely killing it with this line! This was the smartest thing they have ever done with this property. Affordable figures that look great, feel great, cool weapons, and killer articulation! Only flaw is the billions of Skeletors and He-Mans warming shelves nationwide lol.

Not a flaw. They did it on purpose releasing He-Man and Skeletor as their own separate skus so you're main characters would always be plentifully available without holding up the rest of the line and the rest of the characters in the Assortment waves.

Exactly. The lack of OG He-man an Skeletor is arguably one of the reasons that led to the downfall of the original line. Not the only reason, mind you. But it hurt.

I’m loving the Origins line. And I wasn’t on onboard in the beginning. All it took was to hold one in hand. These are fun toys, plain and simple.

That Castle Grayskull does look really nice but considering I have two vintage (one just the castle and one complete), the MotU 200x castle, and the MotUC castle, I really can't justify another one.
