Looks good. I'm gonna stick with Super7, because it's easier to get.

lol these are the official product pics!

Both look great, will get this. Probably like I've had to get every single one of these, having someone on a forum or something pick one up for me in a Target in bumfuck nowhere.

I grew up on TMNT and probably had every figure that was released at some point, but I never once even considered wanting a Vernon figure.
I think it's funny they're releasing him, though I do like the werewolf version. Rat King looks perfect—so good!

Yep. April's head still is giant.

I really hope that they redo April with a better head. I never saw it in any stores and I refuse to pay scalper prices for that hot garbage.

Not to derail this into another “April Sucks” thread but I really believe the head is appropriately scaled (if you look at her head compared to Vernon’s they feel right proportionally), but the body is weirdly undersized and strangely proportioned. If the body was scaled up slightly and the proportions fixed, the figure would look better. Well, the headsculpt is still just not great and too round, but that’s another story.

All that said, Vernon is amazing. The expressiveness of that figure is off the charts. Rat King is perfect too.

You know how people will say a particular item of clothing or jewelry really brings out the color of one's eyes?

Was going to grab it for Rat King, but I'm actually way more excited for Vernon.

Now bring on Irma. Didn't she become some kind of creature too in the cartoon?

Now bring on the Rappin' Vern variant.

Like most of the Channel 6 regular staff, she got mutated into a few different things over the course of the series: a rat, a moth, a 50-Foot Woman...

NECAs Ninja Turtles toys are the opposite of my childhood experience with Ninja Turtles toys.

Now I have the money to buy them but I can't actually find them in stores.

Per usual, they look great and I want em lol.

Playmates did the whole main Channel 6 crew in 92.

Not sure about web listing, but I've found them at my local target, even on the toy aisle end cap so check there. If you need help I can see if my target still has it if you're still interested just shoot me a PM.

I’ve seen tons of splinter/baxterfly sets, and two Triceraton sets. Hopefully this means less relying on scalpers for those looking.
