It's not bad IMO, but definitely not great. I'm very new to the line and only have Gandalf on preorder. I'd like an Aragorn but probably a Fellowship version.

This was the 4th proposed head-sculpt for this figure which finally got approved and then as soon as they revealed it, social media tore it a new arsehole. As such, Asmus have said they will definitely revisit the head sculpt yet again. Viggo has an un-replicateable face it seems so I wouldn’t expect anything more accurate than this- just a different, equally as in accurate expression.
I actually quite like the sideways glancing one so hope they keep the intent of the head and just work on the likeness.

I have the Asmus Frodo V2 and it's pretty incredible. While this likeness isn't dead on, it's better than some of their other figures, and only $190 for a 1/6 figure is lower than most everyone else aside from maybe some of ThreeZero's figures. I may actually get this, I need an Aragorn for my display for sure.

Nice one Webz. It's a miss. Wonder what Diamond Select can do. I guess on the bright side, he doesn't look like AJ Styles like what some other companies have put out for Aragon.

Man how I miss the toybiz days. I only wish bridge direct had done better with the hobbit. The Tolkien universe screams for a massive 3.75 inch line a kin to Star Wars. Not gonna happen but man the dreams. I just hope diamond goes deep.
