I got the idea for this thread reading some of the comments in the Storm Baraka thread. I did a quick search and didn't see a thread for this topic in the first couple of pages, though I'm sure there's been one before, but there's some fairly new companies in the 1:12 game, so here we go.

Like the topic says, what is your favorite figure line for this scale? For me, Figma, Figuarts and Mafex are at the top, though Bring Arts and Storm have some really exciting releases coming up, and Mezco's soft goods work really well for certain characters.

I really enjoy Mezco, Storm and Figuarts right now. Those 3 basically cover the different things I like to collect (DC/Marvel for Mezco, Mortal Kombat/Tekken for Storm and DBZ for Figuarts)

Mafex has really come a long way though and I've been hearing more good then bad about them recently. I plan to get the Ra's Al Ghul/Henri Ducard and Justice League Bruce Wayne from them.

I'm gonna say Marvel Legends. I know the characters and have an affinity for most of them (at least the MCU ones). The quality isn't bad. But mostly it comes down to price. Collecting action figures is the most frivolous expense I have and there's no way I would be willing to spend more than $30 per figure.

I think the days of MAFEX figs with serious issues is in the past. The few I have are all phenomenal, freakishly poseable and just really good looking & well detailed, and just as sturdy as Legends and other mass market figures.
