Joe touches on it in his review and I believe it was explained on Twitter that the license holder of the movie didn't want NECA to include guns with the Gremlins. Naturally I have to assume Gremlins 2 is held by a different party or treated differently since NECA's mowahk Gremlin came with a gun. Looking at Stripe's right hand it seems like NECA planned to give him his pistol at some point.

I really wish NECA had gotten the articulated ears into the recent Mohawk figure, it is such a cool feature! Adds so much expression to any pose.

Thanks! Glad people have enjoyed this shoot. Gremlins are pretty fun to shoot in general. Can't wait for the GameStop exclusive.
