4 looks like it could be a GoBot, but I'm not sure which one.

2, 5 and 6 are Starriors. Clawgut, Crank and Ripsaw.

3. Convertors TILT
4 GOBOT's BUBBLE MAN Bubble Pipe (there were at least 4 color variations)
7. Convertors VEGAS. I had that toy.
9. Chap Mei Soldier Force
10. Is either a custom using Mattel Secret Wars figure or some odd bootleg using those molds or copies of them. There were some in South America that used them.
11. Gen. Patch or Commando Ranger or American Defense (Agglo series)...there were a lot of knock off using those molds.
