So i was at an antique store which is not close by. I spotted this gi joe toy, box included and it had to been from the 80s. I dont know what I was thinking, I didnt write it down or take a pic. I am a TF collector, but now its bugging me to find the value. They wanted 36 bucks and everything it originally came with was included (their claim). Im gonna try to describe it the BEST that I possibly can and maybe someone will be able to post a pic.

It was black and maroon (maybe leaning towards purple). It was a sea vehicle Cobra. It had two or three cockpits there was def a cockpit on the left and right side that ejected out as individual pods. It sort of a fin like look on the back end, it looked like a wingless airplane sort of. The entire thing had sort of a theme to it. The theme reminded me of aquaman, 10000 leagues under the sea. I searched several archives from GI JOE websites and one of them I even looked through just about every pic for every year up until yr 2000. I didnt see anything that looked like it. Post a pic if you think u know what I saw.

Cobra Mamba?

Or perhaps the Cobra Sea Ray, though that doesn't have the multiple cockpits.

Looking for multi cockpit types, Hammerhead?

But the Mamba seems to fit your descript, save for the whole "Sea" thing.
