I always pick up some old toys here and there that I played with as a kid but never really collected them. I just ran into someones 30 year collection that I bought as a lot. As much as I enjoy them I feel like they will be wasted on me and deserve to get in the hands of true collectors. Obviously im going to make some money along the way but thats not my sole purpose. I have about 15 boxes of stuff most of which I am very familiar because I had them as a kid, however the collecting aspect and listing them correctly is beyond me. I sell on ebay but its limited to tools. Looking for some advice of how to unload such a large collection and the best way to do it. Is there anything that stands out in the boxes? What should I be looking for? The pictures only show the top layer of mostly filled boxes. I know its hard to do without an inventory or more detailed pictures, but with what you can see what may this collection be worth. What is the star wars collection worth on its own?
Any help is greatly appreciated!! |

The inventory has a lot of information from different parts and they can be taken as a best toy for different people to use.

hi, I am new to this page and its process but I have a full collection of the following; Windham Heights Cobblestone Corners Collectibles, full set and background; micro machine complete sets (air planes, cars, boats, trucks, etc. I am trying to contact the right person who wishes to purchase, these items. I have been doing a little research and was pleased to see they both have a nice value to them.

There’s nothing super rare in there just looking at it. Completeness and condition are your friends. The Star Wars figures alone might fetch about $150 or more considering it doesn’t look like you have any accessories. The die-casts maybe catch about $20-40 apiece. Krang with android body is probably the best single piece. Looks like you may have some TMNT accessories, some Ghostbusters accessories, and maybe some GI Joe or Transformers parts in baggies. Figure out what goes with what, because unless there’s super rare figures buried in there, they’re worth a fraction of what they would be if complete. Parts and accessories can be good money on their own.

Never saw this post until now! Is that a vintage 1950 Sunmaid Raisins box!?! If that still has raisins in it then you can sell that as wine candies!
I kid! I kid! Overall everything looks very worn and played-with, with most missing pieces and accessories (unless they're all in those baggies). I know you probably don't want to hear this, but don't expect you'll get too much for these. I know those toys value guides tell you they're worth something, but the trick is to find the suckers...eh, I mean buyers...to pay those prices in the book. |
