i have mecha hulk that i just received but his left shoulder is extremly loose and always flops down if i ty to pose him up im afraid to remove the arm because he might break so i could put nail polish in the joint

How do i fix loose shoulder joints on figures like the dc or motuc molds?

I usually wrap those clear rubber band things that hold figures in the package in the shoulder joint. This usually works pretty good (especially on larger figures) and makes the arm nice and tight without being too tight.

maybe you should soak in hot water for 5 mins and try to pop the shoulder off to see what's the problem.
If the gaps are small, maybe some superglue will do the trick.
If not, use a glue gun to squeeze some glue in to the hole and pop the shoulder back.
So far, I find that to be the best option for joints whose gaps are too big for just plain superglue
