			I usually wrap those clear rubber band things that hold figures in the package in the shoulder joint.  This usually works pretty good (especially on larger figures) and makes the arm nice and tight without being too tight.

If the gaps are small, maybe some superglue will do the trick. If not, use a glue gun to squeeze some glue in to the hole and pop the shoulder back. So far, I find that to be the best option for joints whose gaps are too big for just plain superglue  |
