I want it, but not enough to pay their 50 dollar scalper price.

I'm not willing to buy it online. Jazzwares is a piece of ****, so I will only buy him in person so I can make sure I'm getting a product that not only has good paint apps, but isn't broken in the package. I'll continue to wait until either TRU or Target carries him.

Uh, you mean Jakks Pacific? Jazwares doesn't make these, Jakks Pacific does.

The Metroid/Ganon wave hasn't actually made it to retail yet at all. Toywiz must have gotten theirs straight from China, EE and BBTS haven't even gotten theirs yet. We know they were manufactured (since toywiz has them), just be patient.

The Nintendo stuff is done by Jakks?

Thank you, I did not know that. I thought it was the dbags who did the MegaMan line. Now I don't feel like I need to worry about it as much.

I am pretty sure BBTS got at least one shipment in at time point. I had them on my preorder list and received an e-mail stating they were in and I was billed the rest for them. They are currently sitting in my pile of loot so I cannot confirm this 100%.

Sadly my TRU has about 15 donkey kong figures still. I wish they would just pack equal numbers of figures in the cases so stores didn't have the same items on the shelves for months on end. Until these are cleared out I do not see them getting more of the 6" figures.

No problem. Plus they offer the 4" Link for sale on their website currently:

They are in equal numbers. The case is evenly packed with DK and Bowser. Wave 2 is equal #s of Ganon and Metroid.

I think many of us want that Metroid so bad! It feels like a long time since I first saw pics of it online.

Agreed.

I feel like they need to release more figures in their waves. First we got Link, Mario, and Yoshi. Cool assortment but the one per case of Link made it seem like the other two peg warmed. Then they revised the case and released Wario in it as well. While the Mario and Yoshis were still sitting on pegs they shipped even more of them. Then we saw Warios warming for a while. Then we got the official wave 2 with 4 great characters, but once again short packed the most desired in the wave, Samus. So now we see Diddy, Luigi, and Blue Toad at every store. The only store that I have seen the 6" figures are TRU which still have a crazy amount of Donkey Kongs. Which they are super awesome figures, but they are not moving. I bet Ganon and Metriod fly off the shelves from the first shipment, but I predict we will se Ganon warming shelves this time next year.

If they released equal numbers in each wave, and doubled the assortment in the 6" line to 4 characters each release, I bet we wouldn't see as much warming going on.

Just my opinion, but it does seem like ages since we first saw them and it makes me wonder if we will ever see some of the other figures they have already revealed.

This line is so mysterious sometimes. The times that I have found both WW Link and Cranky Kong, I had no idea they were ready to hit stores. I just walked into my local target and there they were! I love the line despite its flaws of distribution, but then again, almost all toy lines have crappy distribution these days. Target, however, does have tons of Transformers on the pegs, but at 15-20 bucks a pop, what parent is gonna buy that for their kids.

You bring up a good point about the lack of info for the 2.5" line. I still have not seen that wave with Cranky Kong. Plus I want the Red Pikmin from that wave so maybe I should be hunting those a bit more.

If you have a lot of Walgreens in your area, check there. It seems they only get 3 of the 2.5 figures at a time per store, but I found 4 red pikmin at 3 stores the other day.

I have seen a couple local ToysRUs stores get the new 4" wave in, unfortunately, I have missed out on Samus but Diddy Kong, Luigi, and Toad were plentiful. I would be nice if they released a revision case with just Link and Samus to help with finding non-Mario and non-Donkey Kong product in the 4" scale. Just based on what is in stores, I would say Legend of Zelda and Metroid are more popular than Donkey Kong.

Well I was just informed that the new wave of 4" figures has hit at TRU. My buddy picked up Pink Yoshi, Starfox, Fire Mario, Peach, and a Goomba for me. I will most definetely be posting up some new pics on Sunday once I get them with the rest of their nintendo buddies.

Isn't Fox's "mystery" accessory an Arwing?

And what about that Ocarina of Time Link they mentioned a while back, any signs of that?

Which TRU (State, US/Canada?) did you found these at? Distribution is so weird for these!
