New Articulated Nintendo Figures

I lucked out. A TRU Express opened the same week those shipped to all the TRUs. It took that store almost a month to get through their shipments, still putting new stuff out, but they called me today and held one for me. It was a huge relief as I missed them at one store and all have since restocked Bowsers and DKs.

I still need to find a Samus. Hopefully, we will see more of these in the coming months. It is a shame, ToysRUs and Targets seem to be the only stores to get these.

I was holding a Samus in my hands this week, but put it down since I couldn't think of a reason why I needed another. Now I wish I would have picked it up for ya, I'm sure it is gone at this point.

I appreciate the lookout but don't worry about it. I prefer to find and buy stuff in person and if I never find it at retail then that means I was never meant to own it. Plus, it helps keep me from spending money.

I should have preordered the last set since I have no idea when it'll show up here. This one... I think I'll take or leave. Tanooki Mario might be interesting, Shy Guy seems a bit big... I have a Samus and a Link and I'm good with the ones I have for now. I might get Fire Luigi since it's the SMB1 palette but since regular Luigi's a pegwarmer if he ever shows up here I'm sure he'll be EVERYWHERE.

OH... MY... GOD... I am a ****ing moron!!! I just realized something about this Nintendo line. I've talked about how I refuse to touch it because Jakk's quality control was horse ****. I just realized I was mixing them up with Jazzware. Jazzware were the ones who did the MegaMan figures so cheap they broke in the package while on display, NOT Jakks. Wow, what an idiot I am.

My local ToysRUs had a full case of Ganondorf and Metroid this morning. I left the other Metroid and both Ganondorfs. They also had Pink Yoshi and Princess Peach 4" figures. I still need to find Samus.

You might be the only person to find a Metroid, but no Samus, lol. Nobody can find Metroids!

I still smile thinking about how lucky I was to find one. I also remember being so jealous that other people had one when it was the only thing I was missing from the 4" an 6" figures. I came too close to saying eff it I will pay the $45 on ebay...so glad my patience won for once!

I was able to get a 4" Samus off e-bay for a very reasonable price ($17 shipped) this weekend. The seller still has more available if anyone else needs one. Now to find the 8-bit figures!

I finally found a Piranha Plant at K-mart of all places. They had a full case of the Starfox/Peach wave and a full case of the 2 inch figures.

Also was very happy to get my DK barrel from Amazon. They are made to hold DS games and pens , but I really like how they work for these toys :-)
