Or the "Baby" Metroid from Metroid II/Super Metroid after it grows up.

I thought about it, but that's just one moment in the game. Plus, it's not like I have Mother Brain to go with the scene. It just wasn't worth the $20 price tag to me.

I've been playing BOTW pretty much since it's been released and have been on a LoZ kick. I found a Ocarina of Time Amiibo link on clearance the other day and thought I'd give it a shot to see if the head would be usable. Turned out to be a pretty good size for my preferred scale. Here are a couple other Link figures for scale. I'm still disappointed Jakks changed the scale of their LoZ figures to be bigger. Skyward Sword Link was perfect.

I'm thinking about getting another one to put on a Joe body to be more pose-able.

Frankly, I don't get how those Links are 4 inch figures when the 4 inch Mario, Yoshi, and Toad are bigger than them.

red is series 2-1 and pink is 1-3

Nice pick ups on the Mini Metroids. Just a heads up the new wave is showing up and was recently in stock on Amazon.

I have all of them but Lakitu, I already ordered him from amazon, but his release date is the 14th?

The rest of the wave is Ice Power Mario, Star Power Mario (Shiny like the star powered 2.5"), Splatoon Girl, and Bowser Jr. with paintbrush.

I will post some pics soon.

My Legend of Zelda figures in my fantasy world

Zelda is the leader of the Castle

She also exists as OOT and Sheik. Since these scale on the large side they have been separated from the main 1:18 figures.

Gannon as one of Zelda's Knights

A couple different Links through out the land
OoT standing guard at the gate

Skyward Sword manning the tower

Custom in the forest

Twilight Princess

With Midna in wolf form. This is the Amiibo figure

A Bokoblin (Amiibo)

Skull kid in the forest

Zant with the Necromancers

I always though this figure resembled the wizard that first gives Link his sword in the original NES game

Not Loz but still Nintendo. This is one of the Cave jellies in the Underdark

Saw the 3 new nintendo figures today, Bought Mario Maker Mario and left Link. Luigi is just a repack. I swear I thought a new Koopa Kid was coming but nothing pictured on the package.

BBTS had the Koopa Kid listed in the set for preorder but later sent out an e-mail saying that it would not be in the current set.

Has anyone been able to find the 2.5" line lately? All my local walmarts and targets stopped stocking them. The only place I ever find them at is toys r us, but they has had the same ones for years and never restock new waves.

My Target for the first time ever got in something new for the 4 inch line. BotW Link an a hammer suit (or whatever they call it) Mario. However, no sign of Iggy or Lakita at all. :-(

Lakitu was in the last wave with Inkling Girl and Bowser Jr. with Brush, etc.

Meijer is the only place I have seen the new Wave of 4" and I have seen remnants of the new 2.5" wave as well there. My friend got Dr. Mario, but we are both still looking for the red Bob-omb and mini Blue Yoshi.

I know everyone hates on the BOTW Link and I get the complaints, but I am happy to have a figure from that game. My only gripe are the shoulders. It gives him too square of a frame.

Nobody around me has carried the line in like 2 years.

Some news from reddit.

Future waves will now be smaller and consist of three figures per wave. Probably to reduce the risk of peg warmers. And on amazon there were images of a Hammer Bro and Metal Mario figure. Iggy Koopa and Yellow Yoshi are still coming but it's only a matter of time when they will come out. We'll probably find out at Toy Fair.

It would be nice if they would actually do some other Metroid creatures be it a 6 inch Ridley or 2 inch critters like the Skree, Waver, or Sidehopper.

Ridley would be awesome. Some large scale playsets would be great. Especially after their Princess Peach's castle playset which I thought was quite disappointing honestly. It was marketed for the 2.5 inch scale figures but the 2.5 inch figures can't even fit in the front door. Not that there is anything in it anyway. It should have been marketed as a Microland set honestly.

I hope we see Daisy, Rosalina and Pauline down the road.
