Some people just can't wait, and if you're one of those people, then I don't think you should.

People that run online retailers need to eat too.

..but you saw them. I probably did see less of that pack than others (until about a week or two ago--now they're flooding Targets around here).

Like omega said, TRU, but they were the First Class packs (actually might have been $18 for those), but I really was just giving a window since not all of the chains have the same prices.

I've noticed that some people can't wait, and if they want to over-pay, that's their right.

I'm flexible to a certain point when it comes to online store prices, especially when you factor in gas and time, but in this case.. paying double PLUS shipping?

It doesn't just seem dumb,.. it is dumb.

The First Class seemed like Hasbro/TRU's way of testing whether or not we'd be willing to pay more for a product that they know is popular at retail. Clearly, most of us won't.

I think most would, and do (online prices) ^^

A lot of people already had those First Class figures, but if they were to put a $20 tag on that Wonderwomanman Comic Pack,.. I bet they'd sell just as well as they do at $15. Only difference would be a ToyArk topic bitching about prices.

People obviously pay that online, but my theory was that Hasbro/TRU were using that knowledge to test the potential of retail. I think the right gimmick would definitely force consumers to pay more (I would for the Gambit/Sinister set) but they don't have us figured out quite yet (for example, the $20 Avengers w/ stands).

I wish it was that simple

How do you double $18 to get $29? Doesn't 2 X 18 = 36?

Forgot about my semi local comic shop... Canadian retail at Walmart is 19.99 for a comic pack. LCS sells them for 23.99. For Bullseye and Daredevil, i may just do that.

At worst you could still have someone pick you up the comic pack from here and then ship it to you for no more than 10 bucks.

I didn't double 18 and come up with 29.

Why do you come up with 9 when adding 5 + 3. Wouldn't that be 8?

My bad, bruh. I must have read your post wrong.

I thought you said comic packs were $18 at TRU and that only a dummy would buy comic packs for double plus shipping on line in response to this thread which has comic packs listed on line for $20 and $30 respectively.
