These are Toyark only. The sites are run independently. What features or options are available on one site won't necessarily be available on the others.

What I find interesting is that these new emoticons show up on my work computer but only the old ones are on my home one.

No guarantees, but you're probably best off clearing your cache & then checking to see if you're seeing what you're supposed to be seeing.

Also, the browser you're using may affect what you see as well. IE 8 (and probably 9) has issues with showing all of them. Firefox works fine. Haven't tried Chrome to see if there are any problems with it.
