I'm not a big Iron Man fan, but I'm seriously considering collecting at least some of these figures. War Machine especially looks nice.

It'll be interesting to see what armor's they make for this line. The comic series figures looks nice. I'll at least get the War Machine one.

I'd get the Iron Man helmet if I knew it would fit on my noggin. Same goes for the repulsor, though that could be modified more easily. Part of me is also hoping they repaint them as War Machine's helmet and repulsor (I've been thinking about making a War Machine costume, or some kind of Iron Man armor).

I am slightly confused. Are all these at the 3-3/4" scale? or are the figures that don't have the accessories and card thingy a different scale?

The blisters on these Chinese auctions, e.g. HASBRO Marvel Iron Man movie 2 Ironman Assault Drone - eBay (item 250545479499 end time Dec-15-09 21:03:39 PST) don't look legit. No spring-loaded missile launchers or armor cards. The paint might not be finished either. I'd be wary of some of those.
They look like they are in a different scale, possibly 5" or 6".

Hasbro did say they would be releasing 6'' figures for the IM 2 movie as well as the new scale. So this is possible.

I honestly hope they meant ML style, similar to the figures from the 1st movie line, because the figures that turned up on Ebay recently, some of them look underarticulated.

The 6" line was excellent, albeit flooded with too many repaints of the base mkIII mold.

Same as the first movie if that helps. Some of the molds are carryovers.

They look pretty cool--esp. Deep Dive, but too bad the chest plate is ruined with poor greenish/yellowish paint apps. I'd love a clean version if the blue is accurate.

Those are either fake or they're 2" figures with no articulation. The basic packaging looks like the 2" figure packaging for the new Spider-Man line.

It says 'about 3 inches'. If you enlarge the pics you see the hip articulation. Check out the War Machine and you will see its the same packaging as the others and he matches the images we have see thus far. As we all know packaging is different from market to market. these may be geared toward the Pac Rim market.

Hasbro has said nothing about 2'' figures for ironman, or anything like the spiderman line. So odds are these are either MU scale, or 6''

Besides the bigger electronic ironman figures, those two are the only IM movie scale toys Hasbro has stated will be coming. The articulation used in the figures can be difficult to spot at these sizes. But considering the lack of badguys in the line as yet. This drone is more likely to be authentic than not.

There are some pretty decent looking figures in these pictures; the hypervelocity and the war machine look incredible while the classic and Crimson Dynamo look pretty good. The near ubiquitous voice changing helmet looks kind of creepy though.
