and since usually waves 1 and 2 are set out together Id say will see these soon...and on a note went to my toysrus today and they didn't have a display for the toys, they got a shipment in on Saturday but nothing new today kinda strange....was expecting a decent sized display like they did for transformers and gi joe...oh well but Ill still be lookn for deep dive and warmachine blue and red eyes lol

I don't think we will see a large movie display until April or May, towards the movie premiere.

My Target had quite a large selection.
I got WM & CD. All of the movie Mark III's had horrible paint jobs.

just picked up movie war machine at the kmart by me, they had over 60 iron man 2 toys including the light up chest one, his chest light s up orange so i passed on that one.

BTW Hasbro.com has Iron man 2 toys up for sale. They aren't in an official category they just exist underneath Marvel.

Picked up the Mark VI at Wal-Mart today. Really nice figure for one so small and fits perfectly with the Iron Monger from the first movie.

So how exactly do we know which wave is which? It seems like the numbering is all scattered. With the X-Men Origins: Wolverine line, we knew that waves 1 and 2 were released together. Wave 1 was the comic series, 9 figures total. Wave 2 was the movie series, which was 4 figures total. Wave 3 was again comic figures, 3 of them. But the last one, wave 4, was 2 figures. One was a comic figure and one was a movie figure.

So it sounds as if the Iron Man 2 figures released this past weekend were the first two waves? But which figure is in which wave? Unlike the XMO line, this one is numbered. But the different series (comic, concept, and movie) are scattered throughout the numbering.

Today I went to Walmart and Target and saw the following figures: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26.

I didn't see 11-21 at all. So how are the waves organized? Are 11-21 available other places or are those part of a soon-to-be-released wave 2 or wave 3? It seems confusing to have the numbering scattered throughout waves.

ComicFigs.Net - Marvel Toy Fair 2010 Presentation

Actually, based on this page which has the entire Toy Fair presentation, it looks as if I found the answer to my question.

It looks like as if figures 1-26 are all part of wave 1 based on the slides shown at Toy Fair. 27-29 (and I would assume a few more after) are wave 2. And they also show wave 3 pictures.

i dont know if everyone knows this but kmart.com has ironman 2 toys for sale.no movie war machine though.TRU has them too with Free Shiping.

I haven't seen war machine online yet and I'm tempted to order the figures but I'm a perfectionist and I have to have them in hand to make sure I get the best paint lol

I went to all the usual stores toyrus kmart target and walmart...toysrus are a bit slow in getting the figures in kmart very very little there I did find the variant war machine with the blue glow there, target has a strong selection but by far the best was walmart an immense selection and I advise everyone if your looking for certain figures hit walmart first...I gotta go back cause my Mark IV came with two right hands didn't notice when I got it but I gotta get a left hand lol.

Well Walmart here was the last to put them out. I don't know if all the WM even have them out yet. One of them only put out the deluxes.

The largest WM near me still doesn't have them out. The two smaller ones two towns away do oddly enough. Who can figures those guys out, I can't

I think 3 more and I am done, but I also said I would only buy four when they hit and I am up to 8 (I Think) now.

So here's a question: who has seen any figures numbered 14 through 21? I've gone to a TRU, a Target, and a Walmart and between all of them I've gotten 1-13 and 22-26.

I want to say 1-26 are all part of wave 1 but I've yet to see 14-21. I'm wondering if maybe that's wave 2 alongside the other ones we saw in the slideshow at Toyfare.

do you know the names of any of the figures #14-21 ,14 and 15 is whiplash and Fusion Armor iron man,i havnt seen either.
