Sooooo since we never got the Baron Strucker, and chances are slim at this point, I'm formulating a custom based off of his EMH cartoon look. Reference pic:



Vulture head with an added monocle of some kind is obvious, and Star Lord is a good body base besides the neck. His youth sucking glove(what is that actually called?)would probably be the job of an altered Infinity Gauntlet(the smaller version that goes OVER a hand). Any other considerations? I might've forgotten some in my mad dash to my phone charger.

If you can find it, the 4'' Final Fantasy 7 Vincent figure has a balled elbow joint on his clawed hand. That might fit perfectly for you, though you may have to find a different buck to use since that ball joint is more GI joe figure compliant and not the the 3 layer elbows of old MU style. Though you could also hollow it out to fit a new arm too.

I know some folks use a claw hand from a gi Joe dr Rex Lewis fig. I guess a iron man hand could work to if your able to remove one and place it on the body you want

haha I was giving Hasbro time to release him since they already made the guy. But, I've got two slot left on the next batch. I might be able to fit him into one of them. Have most of the parts already.

Speaking of the next batch, I'll put together a little tutorial once it's done.

The Devil Claw.... I have a perfect recipe for you. I will throw it up later. In my studio working and listening to Die Antwoord. Just taking a quick break and thought I'd check in.

Your recipe is nice, but making a lot of work for yourself. I have remade my Baron von Strucker with the new recipe. It is tits yo!!!!

EDIT: just so you know it is his RIGHT hand, the pic you have is a mirrored image. In all media, including EMH, it is his right hand.

I was actually thinking about this last night, and I wasn't on the subject of Marvel customs. Rather, I was formulating Doctor Who customs. The cloak and hat of the Avengers Assemble Red Skull would probably work for the Third Doctor and Brigadier, and the body of the Red Skull could also work for Strucker(and would probably be a bit easier to get the Vulture head onto). He isn't OVERLY expensive on EBay, so I might do that instead.

I was gonna suggest using a iron man arm for the glove but if you want removable then thats not best.

That Avengers Assemble Red Skull with the Red Neo-Viper arm would do it. They are compatible joint types too, and it'd be minimal to no repainting.

An Ironman armor would work too. At least one of the ball swivel types. They are compatible. I have an Iron grenadier with some on him.

THIS for monocle... teeny teeny tiny bit- size it until perfect (you will keep using TOO much) when it is perfect size ball-smash it flat into eye socket. If you are content with the look...get ANOTHER piece the SAME teeny teeny tiny size, drop a TINY amount of super glue into eye socket-place ball and smoosh

Cut figures right arm just below elbow... a bit less than half way... then- get this- use a pencil sharpener! That's right. Just a bit until the "flat" nub has some tapered shoulders... not going for a point. Shave shave shave until perfect. Slides right into place on the Devil Claw now.

No paint... (almost) no fuss... $25 PERFECT Baron von Strucker with the EMH look. Fully articulated, no joint rub, no silly looking giant ass eye piece, no "over done" red scars on his face, shiny shiny shiny Devil Claw, proper arm band.

Put arm band seem on back, if needed/wanted glue into place. If the Devil Claw is loose, tiny bit of the white tack inside the Devil Claw cavity will sort that out.

Worth noting, I have a million (actually only 8) of the little brown holsters I took off of Dr. Doom for my Doombots. I used one of those. I did a belt and harness fashioned out of the remaining brown chest harness from the base figure. Had a perfect sword (unknow origin) lying around.... doesn't need all the harness and holster and sword and sheath to be honest.

The boil and pop method works too, that way you don't have to damage the elbow joint at all. If the plugs are different sizes, then you can use a filler to buffer out the size difference to make sure it has a snug fit.

Just thought I'd share this with everyone since it's helped me out. If you hate figures on the Cloak buck that are completely black, you should swap out the knees/lower legs with the MI Grim Reaper figure. The black blends in perfectly with them and it doesn't have that purple/blue fading look on some on the rest of the Grim Reaper figure. The Grim Reaper is also pretty easy to find. He's still pegwarming at my local Target. Also, you can swap out his right hand. The only figures I can think of that would benefit from this are Cloak and the Havok variant. The extra articulation for the price of a Grim Reaper which you can find clearanced fairly easily is totally worth it.

Are there any superheroes whose powers are based on the season and have a toy form. I really want a pic where I can show the season not fearing the reaper
