30 years of reading marvel helps me out.

My main display I am working on (in theory) is a original lineup Secret Avengers vs. Hydra plus Cobra Zombees...hope to have it together in the next month.

The more I look at that MCU Dr Strange the more I:
a)Want it now, and
b)Have an idea in my Minds eye on customising the cloak and lower tunic with soft goods.
But mainly it's a)

I'd suspect sometime soon, what with the DVD dropping soon(last I heard, at least).

I think the Doctor Strange Blu-ray drops the last Tuesday this month. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

I think I would actually skip my way out the door with a giant grin on my face if I could get both the same day.

Soooo small question:

Been seeing the SHS Mole Man on Ebay for as low as $5 with free shipping, but the only problem is that he comes like this:

Which is still good for the price, but does anybody know of a good way to get a proper cape? What would be the best and most affordable version? Customization IS an option here.

Dude I just got Moleman!!!!

I waited and got on with a cape. Just wait and get a "proper" one. Less than $20 and comes with a staff as well.

He is so tiny as well.....

I'm not really into the character enough for a near $20 price tag, though. It's not like Ultron where he was a character that I HAD to have in my display. I'm planning on just making this a cheap addition to my collection, so I was wondering what my replacement cape options were.

Staff is pretty easy to replace. Just gotta customize a thin missle from one of those various launchers.

How about last year's Vision? He's about $5 bucks on Amazon and I want his body with the proportional head for a Ted Kord Blue Beetle custom.

Star Wars Lando Calrissian POTF Action Figure | eBay

This is cape I used for mine. It is the perfect length and paints really easily. I attached a light saber handle to it so it plugged into Moleman's back and I used the rest of that light saber to make his staff. Super easy steps to make that cheap MM look legit.

I don't have a pic readily available, but may snap one if you would like me to.

Yeah, considering how it's fitting on Lando, I need to see how well it would work.

Not denying it as a possible replacement outright, just wanna know before buying.

You can order it here on BB http://www.bestbuy.com/site/marvels-...?skuId=5712176 Or go to the store I'm sure they'll be plenty on hand at the time.

I'm 33... I think I've been reading comics since I can remember. There is SO much great source material for toys and movies, which is why it kills me to see bad movies or toys. We've just scratched the surface on the marvel universe, they could keep this scale/line going forever with some care and planning.

Good to hear from you K DUB!
I need to pick a mole man. I plan on using the cape from my super hero showdown dr doom (I think someone else did that on here).
Also I know you collect the world of nintendo figures too, great toyline that scales OK with the marvel stuff.

Showdown Moleman didn't come with a staff. He doesn't even have 'holdy' hands.

Having said that; his hard plastic cape has a ridge in it which means it doesn't actually sit well on him - annoying for a figure who can't look up. So you may be better off getting a different cape anyway.

I also liked the What If the avengers lost Operation Galactic Storm? Book. It has some pretty dark stuff in it... heck hasbro could make a few waves off of that one storyline alone.

I think Spring 2017 was mentioned somewhere.

Can't remember, based on past experience, if these kind of figures get made available from Chinese sellers before or after the official release. Gonna need multiples of the GOTG and Dr Strange figures so hoping they turn up sooner rather than later.

Yeah man I stay lurking these days. I did recently score the MCU Falcon and Vance Astro/Fal-cap comic pack for $5 each at WM, but marvel 3.75 hasn't been my focus as of late. WON is great man I love that line can't wait for the Koopalings!

They all had holes in one hand so that they could hold their guns, becuase you know if a figure was 3.75" it needed to have some board game gimmick in order to justify its existence....

Did they make a 4 inch Hogan or is that a custom? If it's a custom, where did the head come from?

Hmm...It's a little awkward, but for the price I saw on Ebay, it's manageable.

No, unfortunately I have been on a small wrestling kick lately and built the ring to house massive 6" scale battle royals. I loved wrestling from about 1990-1996 and Hogan is actually the first wrestler I purchased.

Pretty sure that's a 6" scale fig based on the spidey UK and construction style.

Nice pics, Blue! I finished Galactic Storm a few days ago. About to start on Maximum Security. Read the first two Old Man logan volumes too. Not bad, but a little disappointed they didn't show any of the Heroes Falling "on screen" though. Actually, now that I think about it, the second OML volume was really bizarre. That recent Secret Wars crap they put out is utter nonsense.
