One of the accounts I work on has recently purchased a 3D printer and of course I needed to training on it before it was put in to production so been playing with a few file from the net and resizing and shaping and printing a few things for the Hydra diorama

Yeah somehow the local dipshit in my area still got the BAF pieces out of the spider wire, I'm guessing he used an exacto knife which is why they all go in a cage now.
The manager must have thought it was me for a minute (which pissed me off cuz I go in there all the time with my kids and spend a fortune). If I walked in he'd look at me and bark out orders on his walkie talkie, but they stopped doing that and are usually pretty cool.

I suppose you can't really blame people for having at least a small suspicion. After all, with a serial figure thief, you have to weed out every possibility, no matter how thin.

I understand and agree with this, but at the same time if it is that obvious they suspect me without just cause to do so and are not properly apologetic afterwards, I would be very unforgiving.

Good add-on. Of course, there's no need for them to be rude about it, either.

It was a while ago there was a Target security guard who did the same to me. I complained about him to corporate. He sort of disappeared after that. I'm pretty sure he was harassing every collector that went into the toy aisles.

Yeah I get it.. it was more funny than anything else and I usually don't take these things personally. I've worked in customer service and know how unreasonable people can be and how crappy those jobs are sometimes.
Speaking of which I see some have spotted the GOTG and doc strange 2 packs at TRU... I'll have to make a trip

It was probably more than just him if that complaint got the guard fired.

Kitbashed THANOS.... Single carded body; head, hands, feet, neck/chest guard, tunic waist piece from the 2 pack with Adam Warlock.

I think he looks ace! I used the other (2pack) Thanos for Arnim Zola and had misplaced the pieces. I also used the hands from the Single carded Thanos and have been without the Mad Titan for well over a year! Having a spring cleaning and found some old bits.

Why does Yondu have his jacket pulled aside to show off his arrow holster... if he doesn't have the arrow?

Ouch that sucks, heck I usually put the figures back on the pegs/shelves when I see them in a disarray.

I presume you've been cleared of suspicion over being the thief?
Haha...he's got to be fast too I would imagine since you would think he wouldn't want anyone walking in on him doing the stealing.

Because these two packs are scaled down versions of 6" figures and they were not going to redesign them despite short changing us on a lack of accessories.

At this point Hasbro is all about their 6" Legends and anything we get is nice, but it's an afterthought in my eyes.

Not trying to be negative, I just feel like Hasbro's lack of effort/caring for 4" figures is so apparent that it hurts. I am about as hardcore of a MU collector as it gets and after seeing the entire new wave at Target I didn't pick up any! $13 is too much for what we are given. Plus considering every figure released since MU has at one point hit bargain prices, I feel like I'm not alone.

Once I can get the wave for around $5 each I will, but I don't think anything they have released will be sought after, with the exception of Lady Deadpool, but I wasn't willing to pay $13 for her.

Maestro Hulk isn't worth $13? I mean, he IS a larger figure.

You could try Bricklinking a Lego bow and arrow and snipping the arrow out(before painting it, obviously).

The comic Yondu comes with a loose arrow. Maybe you could find one cheap on eBay?

I'm pretty sure that one's too big, even for the 6 inch Yondu.

The minimates Yondu has an arrow that is a few millimeters too short, but I use it anyway.

I'm not really concerned with that... I'm not an accessory guy unless it's something essential (like Angel/Archangel/Falcon/Vulture wings, etc). I was just confused why he was set up like that if he didn't have anything to put there. Even if they just shrank the figure mold they could have given him a different jacket and not had the holster there.

Anyone in here own any Imaginext power rangers?
Wondering how the heads would scale to say MU Spiderman's body if they were drilled out.

If so that would be a much better way to do the entire team.

My nephew has them and they would scale ok on Jim Lee buck. Only slightly too big but unless you are a true scale freak they would work perfect
