Wow Trump and Stall in the same conversation! Bing bong. Trying to stay positive about the current state of our collecting world. So I not going to bash the evil that is corporate governance and toy profiteers, I will however be thankful about getting a wonderful highly articulated Spider-Man this year. I am grateful that we did get some much needed cinematic figures this year. I am happy that some fans that are not collectors will have an opportunity to pick up a complete set of comic accurate Guardians in one go for their little area be it at home or work. Mostly, I am grateful for all of you! Sharing pics, talking about news and rumours, complaining about HASBRO (ha, seems to be the collective favourite) and just generally our little community. Sure it may not be what other communities are, but it is ours. That is good enough for me.

Wasn't she also in a two pack, though? Paying for one extra figure you might not want seems a bit more sensible than paying for a whole big pack of characters that you may or may not want, IMO.

June first has come and gone.... unless they are keeping the best kept toy secret in years, we got punk'd. I really really thought we were getting a Squirrel Girl set. In fact, I was almost positive of it. Nothing to justify my hunch, it was just that- a hunch. Oh well, life goes on. Should have the new toy room all empty by the weekend end (?) And be ready to paint and start assembly of the Detolf shelves. So pretty excited for that. I will take some "in progress" pics and keep it current on here. Gonna work on Marvel stuff every Friday night, the lad and I decided. Finishing our Groot and working on our HYDRA mobile base tonight. I finally have a saw that will cut the plastic bits off. Literally spent hours and hours to cut two pieces (of six) that this saw will cut in seconds. So assembly can go quickly after that. Groom just needs his lower legs attached and he is finished.

Oooh, that would be neat. Small, humorous, not too expensive. Doreen with half a dozen comical squirrels and little Danielle Cage...

				 | The Ravenger logo is gone and new legs added. Stands a bit shorter than a ML figure so it is the height that I want. Bigger than the team, but their heads come about mid chest. Star-Lord is about nipple high to Groot. (That last sentence is perhaps the strangest line I have written in an age)

The angle on the last makes his head look massive, but it scales really well. Also, plenty of room on his shoulder for my new FULLY ARTICULATED Rocket Racoon.

				 | Just sharing because got Hob Goblin, the last one we need! Well, still HYDROMAN and SHOCKER. Hydro is meh... and SHOCKER will come in time, not worried about him. Some Spider-Man customs are in order this autumn I believe.

I'm still kind of bummed I could never find a Bag-Head Spidey for a decent price so I could make a proper Mr. Fantastic. Oh well.

The Baghead head yes, I think he was referring to the body. It was highly articulated and in the perfect colour way. It is hard to put together four that match! Seems a no brainer, but the sets weren't really matching. That's why I rock the flame on Johnny and invisible Sue.

I might've stated it before a long time ago, but it does kinda make sense that you can't get a perfect Fantastic Four line-up. After all, with teams like the Avengers or even, to some degree, the X-men, you can just grab your favorite version of the character and stick them in there without a question because everybody has a different costume. The FF, however, all have to match, so if you want to stick your favorite versions together, you might not get a perfect match. Legit though on the Baghead figure, that would probably be a good Superman base for some people if he was more common.
