New Marvel 3.75" Appreciation Thread

my mu news for the day:

good: tru.ca in canada FINALLY has the mu 2 packs of black ff spiderman/ff doom and rhino/spiderman.

bad: i tried to order the new mu spiderman gift box with the 4 translucent action figures from hasbrotoyshop.com. the box set is $30, tax is estimated at $8 and shipping is....$32. Yes, more than the actual item.

love being a canuck, eh!

Ugh...so BBTS sends me an email confirming that they are shipping out my case today with wave 18 and 19. So I think...AWESOME!

Then while going to pick up a power drill at Target, I walk down the aisle and lo and behold...a bunch of new MU on sale for $7.99 including wave 18 and basically half of the case I just paid for.

Needless to say, yeah I bought some anyway. :P

That's gotta be score of the month. I miss me BAF Sentinel. I need to replace him and get some spare parts but they aren't as easy to find as they used to be.

we were talking about Thor figures earlier today and i remember another arker mentioned that he prefered AOT thor over the Ultimates,i never actually tried it out myself.it looks okay but im gonna stick with the UT head.

Where the hell are these gold mines you people keep scoring at?? Through a special wardrobe or something?

My old LCS didn't carry 3.75 figures but at least what they did have were decently priced. That one sadly shut down earlier this year. The new one I'm going to has MU... common ones like Ghost Rider are $14.95, others are like $19.95. They've got up-side down Beast and Miles marked as "variants" for $24.95. Only place I've seen Wave 18 so far btw

Which fig is that? I might have to start collecting certain joes. I don't know anything about them, what their names are or anything like that (ok...I know snake eyes, but who doesn't?)

If you know Snake Eyes, you should know Storm Shadow :P. ITS LIKE PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM!

It is from the new movie line, I highly recommend that figure along with the Red Ninjas. Red Ninjas can also be used as Hand Ninjas too!

That is what I was thinking. Unfortunately I don't think my walmart carries the joes line. Don't think they carry it at target either...but I could be wrong. I've never actually LOOKED for them....not a fan of joes....maybe I should be?
