Damn, I need an X-Force Archangel. Anyone selling/trading one? Or know of a good custom one?

Modded Assemblers hanging out in my movie 3.75 lineup now... the added height from their new joints fits them right in scale:

Had to go to an outlet mall yesterday with the fiancee and there was a Toys R Us Express there so after we were done with the other stores I stopped in to see what that had in the way of MU, because they usually have a far better selection than Target and Walmart but I can't get there as often as the others because let's face it some times it's easier to justify a quick stop down the toy aisle while shopping for food, clothing and housewares than driving to the far side of town to buy toys. Anyway..... They had such a good selection Beast (I'll wait till a more classic look comes out), Puck (Price was a bit much for such a small figure, maybe in a team pack or something.), Guardian (Really hard for me to pass up, but I hoping for a team pack with Puck and Sasquatch), Steve Rogers (easier to pass on at the moment.), that Spidey that has a web backpack (easy to pass), the new Hulk (ordered for cheaper at BBTS), Nighthawk (maybe later I feel like he may become a peg warmer)and the one I chose Hercules. He was clearly the best figure of the bunch, more for my money. I changed his top belt to look more like the older look/Steve Reeves movie (which this figure really looks like.)
![]() Then I saw something I needed to get for Hercules to battle. Quote:
I was in toys r us today and I saw something interesting. They had this $20 pack with the 2 2-headed wolf monsters with saddles on them. One was brown and the other was white. They come with two greenish action figures. I'm thinking they would be a great alternative to the Hobbit Wolves. I think the pack was called true warriors. Sorry no pic.
![]() I may have to get more of those guys as well as some proper Frost Giants to give Loki a real nice army. I think they would also fit nicely with Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange and Hulk. So yeah if you're looking to fill out your enemy army these guys are pretty cool IMO. |

I only the 2099 stuff by sight I couldn't tell you any more than that. It would be pretty cool to have a Hulk 2099 though I remember him just looking monstrous as hell with claws. But other that that I just remember it happened and the titles (Spider-Man, X-Men, Doom, Punisher and I think it was called Ravage?) but at the time I was too busy reading other titles. I do however really like that MU makes figures of more obscure characters so maybe some day I'll get my Mimic or Sleepwalker.

New Warriors hell yeah! Those guys need figures and now. It would be nice to display Firestar with another team than the Spider Friends. I'm on the look out for Nova, but there are a few others out there I would rather have before him given a choice.

Anybody notice this description of Psylocke in the new case from bbts?
Psylocke: Dressed in a purple costume with a silver sash belt, Psylocke is equipped with a translucent purple katana... Is this an Uncanny X-force variant or an improper description? Marvel Universe 3.75" 2012 Series 04 - Case of 12 - Marvel Figures (Hasbro) Marvel Universe 3.75" |

Any AoA would be nice. AoA Sabertooth would be the best though (any proper MU Sabertooth) and he could use either the Kraven or Hercules bucks. Quote:

I desparately hunted for Captain Britain when he was released and I never found him. Went to eBay eventally for $15 shipped, not bad...Excalibur is the title that really got me into comics back in the day. If they would only make Megan, Shadowcat & Rachel Summers my life would be complete...

Seen this pack sitting on the Walmart floor yesterday morning with no price or spot on the shelf. Was about to walk away since all the individual vehicles in this generic army set are $19.99 a piece, but out of curiosity I lugged it over to a scanner and.. BAM! clearanced to $20! It's huge as seen in the pic below (taken next to my shelf for size reference) and has 4½ vehicles, I think like 10 generic crappy soldiers and about 50 weapons. This was an easy pickup for my MU displays!
P.S. The bottom shelf display is a mess because of my son. He likes to pull the skatepark pieces out, therefore destroying the entire display. So I've just left it! :P ![]()

It is a disappointing day! I got my case of toys from the big bad Toy store, and my black bolt has a paint chip on his nose. My Prof. X case does not have a bag head Spiderman. And I'm being whiny despite getting the latest two waves as a result.
