I bought a X-Force Deadpool from Aliexpress and I mostly like this figure as it was a cheap way to get this figure in my favourite deco but there is one major bad thing. His hands seem to be mainly sculpted for holding his guns (and even then they're a bit too big) and as a result the only weapon he can hold is his Sai and his Katanas are too loose.

This ain't the first time I bought stuff from Aliexpress I know almost everything is a fake and I only paid like £3 for him but still is a bummer. Can anyone recommend any tactics to make his hands a bit tighter?

So much for a grand reveal.

I do hope they continue the occasional two-packs than discontinue the line outright. I've enjoyed the new figures AND the price point. While a hiatus would likely dismiss many fans & even forums.

In fact I would like decent Rainbow Mercs for Money box set if they at least showed some effort - unique headscuplts, unique weapons, Stingray with Vulture wings, minor equipment differences... That would in fact be great SDCC exclusive.

Classic costumes would be even better giving us several C-list interesting characters

Just look at the millions and millions and millions of people that collect GI JOE and (proper)STAR WARS figures.

They have CHOSEN this scale because of petroleum plastic costs a few years ago. For a dab more of raw product, they can double their (then) selling point! They basically 'forced' many into 6", especially those that love the hunt! Because they are all that exist on shelves in stores. You wouldn't go on a lion hunt in Alaska would you?
I feel a bit ashamed to admit it but even I hit the point where now I mainly purchase 6" figures from Hasbro. They pulled back on the 3.75" front and nuked the market with 6" offerings. I still have a lot more 3.75" figures than I do 6" but if something doesn't change the larger scale could likely overtake them given time. At least when Hasbro deigns to throw us scraps they finally manage to give us *ahem* muthafreaking Skurge.

I love me some deadpool but that's pretty lame especially when we still don't have a domino in this scale. That is the 2 pack deadpool that came with taskmaster which at one point fetched a pretty penny, I've never seen that 2 pack in person EVER, had to buy taskmaster and that deadpool loose separately.

This is as opposed to 6" having 3-4 different lines with 2-4 series a year, as well as exclusive multi packs.

SDCC is a prime example of this. They have no exclusive for the 3.75" line, but 3-4 exclusives (some partnered with other stores), for the 6" line. Based on the overall diminishment of quality, the diminishment in amount released, and the increase in price, I truly feel this line is winding down. It was a good run, however.
Yeah the 6" has peg warmed so bad here that one of my go to places before hasbro shat on this line was Fred Meyer... they stopped carrying 6" marvel legend as they just didn't sell or were completely swapped out. There are a lot of d bag 6" collectors near me, hopefully it was just a small group but they shot themselves in the foot. Also any multi 6" pack has collected serious dust and goes on STEEP clearance at least in my area. That 6" black widow bike pack for $40! I just don't see that selling too fast until its double clearanced.

Sorry for the rant guys.. just pisses me off to see what has happened to the line since vonnner left... he had a great interview about self fulfilling prophecies in the toy industry, and since hasbro ain't making hardly any 3.75" figures, they can say they haven't sold much and manipulate the data.

And to the reveal

Fuck that SkittlePool pack!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also read some 6" collectors actually feeling embarrassed for us. Even though they don't collect our scale, they were like....DAMN.

At least they feel our pain. It would be laughable of it weren't so painful. And to think, I actually thought they were "saving the good stuff" for HasCon. I now realize that isn't going to happen either. They have completely abandoned us. The only they are STILL trickling product out is due to contractual obligations. They really don't care, do they..... I had been kidding myself for far too long.

There may be some reveals after and during the panel. They may even pull out something outstanding, but it isn't good enough whatever may come. I am actually sad about toys!!!! As a life long and third generation toy lover, that is a first for me.

Quick Q&A with Hasbro team members has just ended on Marvelicious Toys Podcast:

Interviewer: This was the first year we were not able to find anything exclusive for 3.75 inch scale. What's up with that?

Dwight Stall: (amused) What's up with that? *laughs heartily*

My problem is I don't see the 6" selling in my area. My local Toy's R Us has 18 slots, 8 deep of Dr. Strange and Warlock X-Men. Maybe it's just those waves.

My local Target has 2 slots for for 3.75, and only thing in them (same as always for this line" are the newest Iron Man and Spiderman.

Walmart dosen't carry 3.75, and have all their 6" at $15-$10 for all of them.

As someone who collects both lines, I am very disappointed with the "offerings" of the 3.75 reveals, if that's what they want to call them anymore. I just can't take this line anymore...and I think Hasbro pretty much feels the same way. Which sucks. There are so many great creators on this board alone, so many people who want so many characters to be done, but if the actual production company can't be bothered to give a shit, it's all for naught except for the efforts of the talented customizers (which are great, but not mass production.)

I never see either scale move at all around here. I don't even normally buy 3.75" locally because I can often find them cheaper online and because it's ridiculous trying to find anything new or complete waves at any point. Once in a while a Target or Toys Я Us will get something fairly recent but they often just have like the same one or two pegwarmers sitting around for a year. Other stores around here are even worse 'cause they get everything like two waves late.

So we got the big middle finger this year. I wish I could say I was surprised.I used to throw a lot of money Hasbro's way so I guess I should be thankful since no retail Joes, next to nothing in way of Marvel 3.75 and the same old Star Wars figures being redone yet again means I wont be spending much in stores this next year. I can turn to filling gaps in my 3.75 collections and support local business for a while I guess. Hasbro sure does not want my money they have shown that!

Guess so many fans shouldn't have acted so entitled and nasty to them. I feel bad for the ones that were appreciative of the effort Hasbro was putting into the line for them though.

Or at least I'd feel bad if I thought that line was actually dead. Some breathing room right now isn't a bad thing.

For right now, all this means is that I get to save money and splurge on transformers stuff instead for a bit. Catch up on some older ones I missed, and round out the few 6'' figures I want.

I think that's been stalls attitude towards 3.75" figures from day one. I've seen plenty of 3.75" collectors ask him about the state of the line in a polite and respectful manner only to get a smart response.

Still have some hope for the panel that's 20 minutes away tho...
