Since both my LCSs got the X-23 Wolvie wave in recently I am confident they will both get the Jewel/Magneto wave too even if I never see them at retail.

![]() Target actually sold out of the movie pack but the neighboring TRU still had a movie set so I got everything in one trip. The Hulk is pretty great to me except for one thing on mine, they didn't paint the top of the sandal on his right foot. You can see it in the picture, they still painted the rest of the sandal but the straps on the top are just the same green as his skin. Aside from that bump in the road though I love finally having a Planet Hulk figure since I missed the MU one. The Thor is definitely smaller than he should be but I suppose it's not terrible since he is still almost as tall as figures using the Jim Lee Cyclops body. I like the design enough to be content with it. My Enchantress is okay but since every other one had chameleon-eyes there wasn't really going to be a clear winner, the general sculpt of the head is a clear improvement on the old comic pack so finding one with even decent paint is quite an upgrade IMO. Skurge is the best of the four, literally the only downside for me is that it took so long to happen. None of the ones I saw had perfect paint on the body armor but none were bad. |

@ MUfan97 Fast forward to the 7:45 mark, there is a 3.75" collector that expresses our concerns.. nervous Dwight is a good description and he spits out a classic line of bullshit. I haven't even bothered to watch this years SDCC presentation as I don't think they talked about 3.75" other than that rainbow squad deadpool set. |

So, basically, the ML Hasbro team still wants to keep 4" price point down and therefore can't give us articulation or nicer paint. This, and at the same time, they experiment with 5" kid lines, and Titans, and figures on ATVs. Obviously the MU (now ML) 4" stuff is still "for collectors" since it is no longer apparent that is "for kids" as they used to claim. So why won't they raise the price and give us nicer figures that collectors want? To protect encroachment into their 6" market is the only logical answer. What they NEED to ask is why is it only 35% cheaper for 3.75" v 6" when for an additional few more dollars you get 85% more plastic, a window box display, multiple hands, weaponS, alternate head AND a baf piece. That equals to about 7 times the weight in plastic and cardboard while we get ZERO accessories and HALF the articulation.
Also mention to them how the 6" peg warms and 3.75" sells out rapidly. Then have him explain his "DELICATE BALANCE BETWEEN PRICE POINT AND WHAT IS DELIVERED TO MARKET" theory one more time. Ass hat.

Definitely would've helped to have at least gotten swivel joints for the wrists.

I picked up a few more Crystar figures. Pics forthcoming when I get a chance. They're pretty neat.
Still haven't gotten Crystar himself. He goes loose incomplete for a decent price but I want his crown too since it's as close to iconic as it gets for the character. I've never seen on with just the fig and the crown though and even loose completes go for a bit more than I want to pay.

Finally around to taking a picture of Kang chair. It only fit into my Ant-Man shelf. Close enough.
This stands are usually a let down because they fall apart easily. But in this case it works really well. Also, if anyone knows where I can get a scythe for my Jack O'Lantern custom, I'd appreciate it. |

Prem1x, I feel like Vortorios might have a scythe. If not possibly Angel Forge.
Ukmu, The argument I see repeated is that it's not so much the plastic costs, but rather the tooling. Apparently it's the same amount to tool a 6" figure as it is a 4". My gripe is always this: if small companies like Boss Fight and Marauder can offer high quality figures for roughly $20 a piece at MUCH lower production numbers, why can't mainstream companies do the same at $10-15? And I mean every figure has articulation matching BFS. There really seems to be no excuse beyond greed or not wanting to.

At this point I'd rather Hasbro do like what Funko is doing with their DC lines and pay a tenner for those than the $13-15+ we are for what we're getting.

Let's also note that Star Wars SA figures get the full articulation, and only cost about $12(which will continue through the Vintage collection), yet MU is probably the most mainstream 3 3/4 inch line, yet costs about $15* with LESS articulation?
Something is not adding up. *using preorder prices for that.

All of the newer figs get a Star Wars standard of fully articulated, at the very least.
