Apparently so. I started removing my photos and dropped from 14+ % to 13 %. They should have unlocked my pics sooner but did not. I saw other people say they were cut off at other %, so I am sure it was just an attempt to blackmail people into paying them more money but it backfired on them and people started leaving which would cost them advertisers, so they must have given up.

Yes and no, it won’t cost me $400 to use them but $20 is more reasonable. I would have moved my photos sooner or later but I had so many I was dragging my feet. So now I can use them again. Hope you liked the customs, I mainly did GIJoe customs and just started working on Marvel and DC characters a little over a year ago.

!! recipe as follows !!
head, forearms,hands, boots, belt, thighs, vest, chest harness, and shoulder stars came from night mission Capt.A

biceps, shoulders, articulated neck, top of the thigh that connects to the waist were all donated from the marvel infinite capt a

gun; bullseye
gun holster; marauder gun runners
knife and sheath; marauders
pockets on leg; gi joe
jet packs; night mission capt a ( painted of course )
even painted up 2 extra heads to simulate young capt. and older capt.

When I try to make customs they have to rival all by means of major articulation ( supreme poseability )
