Hey guys! Finished my MCU wasp made from the Disney toy box wasp figure. Shrunk the head down and reworked the wings to fit a ROC Scarlett.

I like the way that reIssue used 2-sets of wings, and looks better that way. Shortened the legs and gave her a 2nd pair of wings is what I did to mine.

Hasbro should really consider using a slight mold tweaked version of that Scarlett figure for Wasp. The removable backpack part would be easy enough for adding the wings too. Mostly it's the collar part that needs tweaking, and maybe the upper legs need a new part, maybe using Renegades Scarlett's upper legs.

TBH, wouldn't be that hard to either make a new backpack piece that uses MU wings that can attach to it, or add the MU/MI wing holes to the figure either as a retool if they fix that collar too.

But hey, I mostly want any excuse to get more of that figure body style anyway. I've got too many customs I want to make that need it still. Her, Renegades Scarlett/Lady Jay, and Wraith are the heaviest amounts of parts I reuse for things. Wouldn't mind more of the impact armor Duke/Ripcord and Accelerator suits too.

They should definitely do that for Pixie too! Would be neat with her wings if colored right.

Really does look fantastic. Was comparing it to the trailer, and this is really close. Only the outter part of the gloves is slightly too long in the silver. But even that, this still evokes her wasp stingers really well.

This is the one ive been working on, been playing about with wings. but after seeing Reissues I think Im going to need a set of those.

My Fred Meyer finally had their last ML 3.75"s I wanted for customs (Gamora and Vision) on a decent price so I picked them up today. They'd been on "clearance" for $11.99 for months, but today the entire clearance table was half off so they were only $5.99

Glad to see we are all still live and kicking. Happy that we have this place to keep the flame burning during these dark dark times. The work and collections are inspiring.

VERY disappointing, but unfortunately not unexpected news from SDCC. It’s incredibly sad, such a waste. Surely the scales could of lived in harmony? We could talk forever about how the line has ended up down this dark path, but it is what it is.

Slight glimmer of hope about the future according to the video/comments though? So maybe a bit of patience is in order? I’m sure we can keep ourselves busy while Hasbro get their act together?

Kernel, that’s a stand in for now, and haven’t finished the sculpt or paint yet but it’s just the GOTG animated Gamora 5.5”(?) figure. The staff is kibble from minimates Proxima and some pvc piping.

Saw that they are still dropping new figures in the kids Infinty War line. Saw Gamora and Scarlett Witch today. Sadly if they were 4 inch and identical in price and construction I’d probably buy 2 of almost that entire line. Some sad hope they make at least one villain to use with my 4 inch figures, but probably not happening.
