The attention to detail from the articulation and accessories to the paintwork and poses is truly magnificent. So much so that i had a hard time deciphering which was your favorite MU character. Each one is a work of art. i see now that you love all of them. That's a lot of love...and it shows!

So I...Made a small video about Dwight ignoring the 3.75 questions. Enjoy.

https://youtu.be/OPnHC1UIyDU

Also, I should note that it's likely that some random PR guy is actually choosing the questions, and not Dwight, and thus I attribute this a bit more to Hasbro, but Dwight Stall is the meme, so...

My 2 Spider-Man/Mr Negative packs I ordered arrived today from Gamestop, opened the box and no Mr Negative packs. Luckily I did want 2 of these.

Oh no, did they do that crap where there's no difference in the system between packs? Or did you order two Widow/Ryu packs as well?

I ordered 2 Mr Negative packs, didn't even see the other packs on the site. But I received 2 Ryu packs.

Now that's interesting. I'm after 3/3/1 with these sets for custom fodder (the one being the Collector pack, I've got a couple of that guy already, don't need more but want the Civil Warrior). Hopefully they're not going to be too hard to locate.

I hope you guys get something announced soon. The only perspective I can add is that Legends went through this slow product trickle for a few years as well before coming back. I just don't understand why they kept dicking around with the line post Vonner. If they didn't want to use his designs they should have just done a mercy kill instead of the halfassery they went with.

I'm starting to wonder if he's still holding a grudge over Joe collectors calling his sister's figure "Boobstrike". He was legit upset about that. But, it was over 10 years ago so I'd hope he's not that petty.

Um, his then young daughter, actually(according to a wiki entry anyway). Thanks for starting me on the trail, though. Can you lead me to something that legit shows him being upset about that, though? Even if it's vague, anything helps on the research trail.

Looks like might be issues with ordering the GamerVerse packs from Game Stop. Someone over at Hisstank also received the Widow/Ryu pack after ordering the Spider-Man/Mr Negative pack.

OK that just means they have all of them. However just like the MU listings they had you get randomness. That's why I never order from online Gamestop. Unfortunately the stores didn't get their stock yet.
FYI I paid $19.99 each while GS is charging $22.99.
It is just a matter of time until Target gets them too.

I meant to put sister in quotes because of the figures, but yeah, that's the one. And unfortunately no, this was back before the days of people recording everything with phones. It was at a Joe convention and a bunch of us were in one of the hotel rooms when he rolled through with a few folks (he was on the Joe design team back then). Not knowing the actual father/daughter connection at the time a bunch of guys were calling the figure Boobstrike incessantly and he got so upset that another collector asked it to stop because it was bothering him so much (after another Hasbro guy mentioned that it was bothering Dwight). So, take it for what it's worth, but I was there and saw it. Again, I'd hope that's not a factor in his continuing dislike for the scale though. It was a minor event and it's hard for me to imagine he'd still be carrying that around. But...stranger things have happened.

Edit: If I'm remembering right it was the convention where the designer Richie gave us a tutorial on how to take apart the ME figures for customizing. So that would have been around 2008 at the Dallas convention.

Finally found my camera! Also had a spare MCU Doctor Strange so I decided to give him a quick repaint similar to the black/red look the Sorcerer Supreme was sporting not too long ago.

Not sure what everyone though of his new (at the time) outfit but I dug it. Still glad they with with something closer to his classic look for the movies though.

Thank you. I thought it was a cool look myself.

I'm also a fan of black and red in general though so I may be a tad biased when a character uses them in their costume.

Thanks for asking bro. What I do is get painters tape, paint it black then whatever the color on top of that. Last step cut and apply to the figure as you choose, I prefer to use super glue while being really careful. Here are a few more pics of Colleen
Wing!! (comic book 3-D paint job no airbrush)
