Now that was funny!

As for parents buying Toys for their kids and young kids in general I also have a tough time understanding Prof. X as a figure.

As a collector I love it, I am just surprised they didn't use the Prof. as a Subscription fig or exclusive type of release. I am happy to have him though.

If you were a kid that knew the X-Men, you know having Xavier on your side means you automatically win every battle, save those pesty villains with telepathy-proof helmets. But I guess it's been 4-5 years now since the last series so who knows if the Prof is cool right now.

Then again, Netflix is changing the game with instant access to decades of old shows. My two-year-old twins can't get enough of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends and the 90s Incredible Hulk!

Nope, I am as well. Target did have them at 25, but then I think they bumped it up to 29, cause TRU has there's at 30.

I'm reluctant to pick them up at that price as well, but it does make some sense. Single figures are now $10 each (in most places), so a 3-pack for $30 isn't all that outrageous.

Jackpot. Fully stocked. Multiple Professors, Blastaar variant, multiple Jubilee, all three team packs, and the kicker? I left it all there! Target by the way.

What's the color of the suit on Prof. X? Is it just the camera that's making them look black, or is there a variant?

Edit: Actually, that looks like it is a variant of the blue suit.

well i wont lie, id pick up a professor for a head swap'd Cyclops. You could have Scott & Jean's wedding day.

Now onto more important topics. I was thinking of the SDCC figures… and I was thinking, how dope would it be if FF was the figure set? they'e all easy to do and then we get Scott Lang. Miss Thing could be a head swapped Thing with a pink haired invisible woman? She hulk and medusa are easy repaints and they can even give us those adorable mole kids as those un-movable figures?

Or, perhaps Fearless defenders? Valkyrie is coming out, but Dani Moonstar, Misty Knight and then Hippolyta or Annabelle Riggs could get thrown in a pack, and it could be a surprise hit and Tumblr would go wild for it.

and speaking of Dani… since we're still waiting on that 6", we could get her as the subscription figure, and what would make it that much cooler is if they packaged her like the Fearless Defenders 2 cover. But I can guarantee you, you'll probably see an Age of Ultron character show up as the subscription figure like Old Man Logan

anyways, anyone thought about SDCC figures?

Don't think it was a variant. I didn't notice in person, can't imagine it was a dark version.

Also, went to walmart after and found same 3 packs.. they're out there!

Nope. Its obscene to pay that for one or two new figures. Repaints and repeat figures just suck. I hate multipacks. Can't belive that TRU raised the price $10 to $29.99 and some stores sell it for 32.99

I have had the 3 pack X-Men set for a few months now, I bought it for Rogue and Wolverine—as I didn't have any suprisingly—and I JUST started playing around and posing them at my desk when I realized Longshot has 4 fingers and I was like "WTF?", So I googled, and realized he only had 4 fingers all along. He's actually pretty good, and I like the Ghost Rider/Longshot/Starlord/Magneto Mold best for the males.
Now I need to buy an extra for a custom idea I have… cue Kavinsky's Nightcall…

Of course the seller doesn't take questions so people can't call him out on trying sell an obvious repack. He probably did it himself.

Yup... pretty much paid 30 bucks just for Rogue. Not saying it is worth it... but it is nice when a fig doesn't suck. And MU Rogue is pretty awesome... she just looks great for a 3.75" fig... especially in a flying pose. Her and MU Professor X were great additions to my mutant display.

Yah, I think Longshot's trademark was his 4 fingers, Bon Jovi hair and his star eye... too bad the fig doesn't have his star eye. I really like that fig, but don't like using him in my X-men display for some reason. Maybe I will just use his headsculpt for a flame-off Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider head. It looks great except I think Johnny Blaze almost always has a messy sidecomb hairdo.

You can report the case, it's on the top right above description. You can also always contact a seller, whether they respond or not is on them.
Here is his response about that 3-pack with MYSTERY figure, ha.

This is why I put in the listing that if someone might have knowledge as to who that figure was to message me and let me know. I'm not a big figure collector, more of a casual look at them and buy a couple here and there. When I saw it at my local walmart I thought it was interesting and possibly something unique. At first glance the inner plastic that holds the figures in place looks like it was made for these figures but after seeing your message I looked a lot closer and it actually looks like it might be the insert for the Inhumans set because I can see what appears to be the wings on the middle figure. Thanks for messaging me on this. I totally agree with you that no one needs to win this and will end the listing right now

- bubs94425

The 3-packs in my pic above were all $24.99 at both Target and Walmart. I couldn't believe it, but both stores I went to were fully stocked on team packs and the one Target had entire Wave 20 stock. I always dig through the spideys for variants, but never found one.
