Im looking to just replace those hands. Hoping someone might have em in a parts bin or something. Sucks cause i really had wanted that fig for he longest time.

Not happy with Marauder, sent me an automessage saying they were busy and delivery would be delayed, I was not impressed so they just rudely cancelled my order. Very unprofessional.

You have some amazing customs and wouldn't mind seeing them in smaller groups. Also hope you update your collection.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Marauder. I received a delay notification with my current order and notice of delay with past orders, but usually just wait w/o complaining. I've never had anything shipped beyond 2 weeks and my most recent order just shipped today. I don't know how big the company is. I suspect it's small like BFS, so I usually cut them some slack.

Same time last year, most of my MU collection was in boxes. My Star Wars and Joes unfortunately remain in boxes. Placing them dios appears to help elevate them to more then just toys for the potentially disapproving non-toy collectors in my life.

They always get slammed with orders when new items hit the store. We all got that email. They said let them know if a customer doesn't want to wait and they'll cancel the order, which sounds like what you did. So what's rude about that?

Marauder John himself is fantastic and the group he assembled to do his Toy Runners operation are all great people. At least they openly communicate their delays which most online retailers do not. And they give you free stuff no matter how small your order.

One of my last orders got held up during the Valkyrie roll out. They kept me informed and gave a couple of extra freebies for a delay that I was ambivalent about anyway. Your choice what you do, but I'd give them another chance.

Edit: Don't feel like making a new post, will start putting up pics of the villain shelves later.

Like the other poster said they sent a notice that said they would cancel if you wanted them too. Maruader John is considered one of the best at customer service in the game.
