Check the new 6 inch basic Far From Home Molten Man figure. While being one of the ugliest figures in recent years, it could scale quite well with our scale.

Todd's a busy man. Yet he demands quality. Sending him a lack luster DC Infinite Hero 3.75" figure may want him to do better. They say that's what happened when he saw Starting Lineup figures. He wanted better. Yet any of those suggestions you mentioned will also be helpful to remind him of 3.75.

^^^ Plus, no one else wants to do Marvel 3.75. Todd's a huge admirer of Stan Lee. If he wants to make better toys for Stan's Marvel Universe as he said he'd love to; then we definitely must send reminders that 3.75 is thee scale that's very much available,

If not action figures, affordable $4.99 Marvel figurines by McFarlane, can be a cool alternative. Just like DC Collectibles 4 inch Batman Black/White Mini Figs at Walmart,

There's more gorgeous statues even prettier than Batman. Hopefully the big Birds of Prey movie will likewise get a Walmart 4 inch Mini Figure line

Todd McFarlane has said the license is for 6-12 inch DC figures several times, so any hope for 3.75 inch DC figures probably rests with Spin Master right now.
