I just saw the 1:18th ghostbusters Ecto 1 at retail. I put it back because of price($50), not because it wasn’t awesome.

Could there be a 1:18th Ghostbusters line on the way?

Is Vonner still at Mattel?
Never mind, GB is Hasbro now. I forgot.

Just saw it at Target. Generally speaking, you need 1:16 scale with diecast if you want HI Joe sized figures to fit inside.

Something about the diecast stuff... It's maybe 5% too small for the figure version.

Does anyone have any STLs with the correct dimensions/shapes for a custom head to print? I lost the head off my custom Polaris and I'm really upset about it.

Dunno. I just respond to what's posted here, but they look like Instagram posts? I don't use it so don't quote me or anything.

How'd you lose the head??

Maybe you can reach out to fantastic on here. He does 3D printing. They're great designs, too. I can't wait for my last order to arrive. Still need to get Spiral but waiting for more designs first...but I digress.

Fifth Fantastic, those heads look great!
I definitely need to get a few come payday!
Pyro in particular looks great- and totally nuts!

Huh.from the weight, I thought it was diecast.
The box strangely doesn't have a window where you can see the actual product.

Were the Joe's they placed inside the older O-ring kind? That would make sense- it's exactly the kinda scale difference I'm talking about.
It's like the Repops of the HISS tank- good luck trying to cram a modern 1:18 figure in there!

I'd flip if someone made Ghostbusters figures to go with the car...

Only mod was to snip a piece on the bottom of the steering wheel to make it easier to fit my custom inside.
sure some 1/18 diecast do not work but it seems people dismiss them without even trying them first
