Nice haul, Provost!
Finally found a Herc myself yesterday. While I'm kind of luke-warm to the character (or at least Marvel's interpretation of him), I will say his toy is amazing. And the only figure from Series 4 that I have yet to find at retail is Angel. Might have to bite the bullet and get him online. I'm just glad I gave up on collecting variants after Series 1, or I'd have had an aneurysm by now.

Finally got an X-Force set at retail price, so I busted open my Archangel to celebrate with a group shot... =)

Having said that, in the comics it seems to be up to artist interpretation (and the shininess is due to highlights).

I would imagine since they're supposed to be a covert ops/wetworks kind of team, shiny uniforms would seem inappropriate. Then again, there are a lot of costumes that would be completely ridiculous and impractical in a real-world environment.
Having said that, in the comics it seems to be up to artist interpretation (and the shininess is due to highlights).

Hi everyone. I need a MU captain britian, mostly the head, but I'll take the body too if you don't need it. Mostly looking for the head of the great beast. Thanks for your help.

He never quite click with me as a character. He would be great for the Vertigo line but for the X-men ... he was the new Maggot.

I might like that toybiz blob better than the wolverine toy line Blob.
I use a toybiz Sauron as well. I also prefer toybiz apocalypse over mu. Mu version is too short and stocky for my liking. |

I agree, the XMO blob's arms are just...off. plus he seems small, I think the 5" figure works perfectly for scale, I didn't even think about the toybiz apocalypse! thanks, I was gonna get the ML Apocalypse, for a sized up version, but he's kinda bulky too. I wish they would make a 3.75 version with the proportions of the build a figure.

shoot, I wouldnt be surprised if we see that at SDCC. Its a repaint that makes alot of sense. plus, they seem to have a habit of having the same characters in both legends and MU.
