Nice headswap.

Is he still sporting the Cat-Man look in comcis, or did he finally go back to his more iconic 90's look? Always preferred that over "Kitty" McCoy.

He's gone back to something more resembling his 90's look sans the Wolverine haircut up top last I checked.

He was sporting basically his 90's look in a lot of comics (Uncanny X-Force) before All-New X-Men. Now he is gorilla-like. I think they let artists in comics draw him 90's style again because they knew the change was coming.

he's kind of looking like "Dark Beast" from the original AOA storyline, but blue of course.

They just need to admit everyone liked his pre-cat look best and switch back for good. I mean, they brought original five X-Men back.

They undid a lot of Morrison stuff, I don't know why they hung on to that look for Beast for so long. I use to like the Beast but once he became cat like he kind of became a whinning jerk and not the fun loving monkey man.

Yeah, he has gotten a bit more broody. I did think his falling out with Scott over his X-Force team made sense but it kind of forced him into a certain role. At least he's got a girlfriend now with Agent Brand.

I don't remember if someone reported this or not, but I stopped by the North Austin TRU and the Shield Helicarrier is down to $30.

I've got to say: I freaking love Target!

We've only had them here in Montreal for a month or two, but I don't know how I ever lived without them.
I've only been twice, and both times I found exactly what I was after. The first trip I got the Abomination and Cloak (my case order contained Dagger and A-Bomb), and my second trip yielded Leader and Hawkguy from the Assemble line.

A'ight yo Canada, or at least Québec... you can stop bitchin' about being behind everyone in MU. You're at least three waves ahead of what I've seen now. :P

The past year has been great for Marvel at retail in Canada. The year before that only TRU carried figures and they never ordered new stuff. I'd say we are about even now with all the good luck to make up for waves that were completely skipped.

Dark Avengers Ms. Marvel
SDCC Human Torch
Both yellow/blue and red/blue Giant Man
Sewer Clash Lizard from Spider-Man line
Shocker from Spider-Man line
Anti-Venom from Spider-Man line
Dr. Octopus from Showdown line
Watcher from Marvel Select

And then sure, there are lots of rare variants that I'm just not willing to pay the secondary market price for, but that I'd love to have:
Absorbing Man (Metal skin)
Electro (Translucent hands)
Bag Head Spider-Man
Victor von Doom
X-Force Archangel (Was so bummed that I missed when he went back up on HTS!)
Astral Doctor Strange
Family Dollar Thor
Gray Beast from Showdown line

And then of course there are tons of odds and ends like repaints and reissues that are very low priority for me.
I've got a loose Sewer Clash Lizard, that's yours if you want it bro... Been reading through your guy's posts for a while now, finally thought i'd introduce myself.

Doesn't have to be for Havok and Archangel especially.

The only Moc would be for Rogue and X-force Pack.

Right? Up until this time last year I was only ever seeing pegs clogged with Gladiator, Patriot and Psylock. Hahaha.

I only started in on these after the Captain America movie line (I'd resisted for sooo long, but a line devoted to Steve and his cast was irresistable). I have about 250 of them now, all but about 30 of those I've had to aquire online (and half of those would be from the Cap line, which were well stocked here).

I've never once seen a comic pack in store. Even common things like the X-men TRU set were never offered here in Quebec.

Ouch, that is pretty bad. Comic packs at least mostly showed up here. I did find comic packs at a Zellers in Gatineau when they were going out of business so they did show up some. They Storm/Nightcrawler and some of the others from that wave. Did you catch those Cap figures when Walmart cleared them out for $2? That was awesome.
