has anyone heard any rumors of larger figs or vehicles/play sets for the MI line? I was under the impression from the beginning of the MU line that scale vehicles and play sets was the whole reason for this scale.

I am a huge fan of vehicles and playsets... here is to hoping for some good ones. Speaking of which, I need some thing for A.I.M. as a playset. Any ideas?

The Funko Boxos papercraft sets look pretty good in person. I only have the Iron Man 3 at the moment, waiting on the Batman in the mail.

But if paper playset is too old school for you, I'm sure one of those Toys R Us "True Heroes" playsets would work just fine as an AIM laboratory. They have a lot...far too many to list. They're usually tucked away by the TMNT or front of the store.

As for Infinite Series, I only want Indestructible Hulk. Wasp looks REALLY cool.

if you can find a 90's kenner AT-AT cheep you can disassemble it and use the light up electronic consul, just change out the vader and hoth scenes and it makes for a good interactive piece, the body of the AT-AT makes a cool prison cell, the legs are good for industrial parts, the tiny wires look good just running into walls and such, and the guns look like some cool weapons tech, I also like the GI joe MASS device/ weather dominator for "Mad science" display pieces, Im considering picking up one of those cheap "Army Force mountain bases at Wal-Mart for 19.99 with a good paint it might be cool, and I've saved a couple of the orange and purple galaxy backgrounds out of the three packs and I'm looking for a good "frame" for a negative zone portal.

What really sucks is one of my comic shops goes by Internet prices(ebay, etc) so if by some chance he gets them in and they don't show up elsewhere...
Hello $40 Wasp

Shield helecarrier is down to $30 at TRU. It splits in half maybe you could doctor it up just don't put the stickers on.

As for wasp, I really wish hasbro would stop short packing the new figs. It's been impossible to find a legends black widow.

The only 3.75" Marvel figure I ever bought was Rulk over a year ago. World War Hulk was great too but I was never able to find it and I was certainly not going out of my way to pay over retail for it...looks it's going to be the same with these Infinite Series figs.

I'm not paying a cent over $12 for any of these so I hope they're not too difficult to chase down in person.

Even Impulse Creations is gouging on the Wasp . Used to be Impulse Creations was a great place to order figures, Sadly this is no longer the case , Received an Invoice for the New 3.75 Marvel figures and sure enough they charged 39.00 for the Wasp. Told them to cancel the whole order. In the past there have been short packed figures and they might charge an extra $5 or so , but to triple the price?? I had previously ordered from them for years (in the 1000s of dollars) but no longer. They may make a few extra bucks from Wasp but it has cost them ALOT more in the long run.

We just got Comic Con tickets this morning and my girlfriend CANNOT FREAKING WAIT to give Hasbro booth a piece of her mind in regards to how hard they made it for her to find her Black Widow & Star Wars Sandtroopers.

I'm just gonna giggle in the background while she barks at the poor soul(s) that has to deal with her that day.

Here's the issue with this case. Retailers are getting 1 $49 fig (wasp), and five unsellable figs (3x iron man, 2x cap) that they have to pay for. This is why wasp is expensive, and these will clog pegs as bad as the new ml cap ans spideys are doing now...it's a huge mess, and I can't believe the geniuses at hasbro haven't figured this out yet...

We've persuaded people at booths to have someone come talk to us. Going for many years now, she's made her share of acquaintances.

And bingo on what shortysben said. It's a freaking buzzkill that in order to get a shot at a one per case figure, we pretty much HAVE TO buy a case now.

The joy in toy hunting (for me) dies when I gotta put up with this. It's why I don't buy Air Jordans anymore.

They CAN sell most of those figs at COST and make money on the others,It is all dependent on how much money they want to make, Wasp gives them a way to make MORE MONEY. And they pretty much will charge whatever some idiot is Willing to pay.

That's cool cuz last year was my first time and all I got were clueless people along with almaot getting nothing from Hasbro because no one told me I hate to wait in line to get tickets to buy stuff. Now for this year I need to know what time i have to be there to get tickets.

You are making the assumption that it wasn't collectors that heard about and finally grabbed one for themselves.
