Nice,^^^ I cant believe Hasbro didn't release a classic Nova, especially since they repacked him two waves apart!

found a definition for "bots"

Bots are one of the most sophisticated types of crimeware facing the Internet today. Bots are similar to worms and Trojans, but earn their unique name by performing a wide variety of automated tasks on behalf of their master (the cybercriminals) who are often safely located somewhere far across the Internet. Tasks that bots can perform run the gamut from sending spam to blasting Web sites off the Internet as part of a coordinated "denial-of-service" attack. Since a bot infected computer does the bidding of its master, many people refer to these victim machines as "zombies."

kookie shit man, I still think there's a tiny wizard behind my monitor with a 50's style phone switch board. so clicking on the links in a bot's post... bad?

Moon Knight and Nova are definitely my #1 and #2 favorite heroes. I would enjoy a classic Nova, even though Nova-Prime was way more badass in the comics, because classic Nova could army build into a Nova Corps. The only other Moon Knight costume I could see, other than a complete upgrade to the existing figure, would be the Fist of Khonshu costume, but only the one with the crescent on his chest. The ankh on his chest strayed too far from his moon theme for me.

All the wires should be inside. I have taken off the heads of several sentinels for painting it's basically the same body. The ball joint the head is on is very secure and shouldn't break. It just has an LED that points up at the tip. That is what shines the light that you see come out the eyes. The inside of the skull is clear, reflective, plastic and made in a way to guide the light to the eyes. You could run the head under hot water and nothing would likely be damaged as long as it was just the head. The safer option is to use a hair dryer on a medium setting until it warms up and pops off easily.

I like Moon Knight, but honestly I'm not super familiar with him as a stand alone, (my exposure to him is mostly Marvel one shots/Team ups) who are some of his enemies? dose he have any cool ancillary characters in his books? or is it kind of villain of the week and regular rotating marvel villains from other titles?

Moon Knight's of a Jewish family who escaped the holocaust and came to America, he has a brother (Randall Spector) with whom he fought. Eventually he leaves his family and joins the army, then the CIA, that bores him so he becomes a high ranking mercenary, gets stranded for dead after moralizing at the wrong time and gets his powers after dying at the foot of Khonshu's statue and then being resurrected as the moon's knight of vengeance. He becomes schizophrenic with multiple personality disorder and dissociative identity disorder, becoming Marc Spector (the real person), Moon Knight (vigilante), Steven Grant (millionaire playboy), and Jake Lockley (cab driver).
His friends are: Marlene Alraune (his girlfriend), Frenchie (his cool french pilot friend, who also reveals himself to be gay), Crawley (a hobo in-the-know), and a family who owns a diner that act as his street ears (I forget their names).
His villains are: Bushman (his former merc partner who left him for dead), Black Spectre (a disgraced politician seeking revenge), Midnight (his former sidekick gone insane and made into a cyborg), Morpheus (a dream invading villain), and Hatchet/Shadow Knight (his brother turned serial killer). none of his villains are around anymore, as Moon Knight has killed all of them, violently.
A pretty good trade paperback to read to get a feel for Moon Knight and his world is Moon Knight: The Bottom (collects Moon Knight vol.3 #1-6), This book is marked as being for mature readers only and does contain some pretty strong violence and content.

Black Spectre (looks cool enough to have a chance for a figure)

Bushman (easy retool of Crossbones)

Midnight original

Midnight (serial killer)

Uncanny, I dislike both Moon Knight and Nova. I only have Nova 'cause I need him for my MvC collection. I have zero Moon Knights.

For Jean all I really want is regular Phoenix. How the hell we don't have that by now, I don't know.

If they ever remade Moon Knight using the Dardevil/Jim Lee Cyclops body I'd get one no question. Don't know much about him (the info above sounds sweet) but I've always thought he looks cool.

I use Moon Knight as my S.H.I.E.L.D. army builder! Head swap and then paint the body.... add S.H.I.E.L.D. decals...bam, done deal. I get them less for than £2 shipped.... white hands and boots mean NO painting the dreaded white.

^ can't wait to see it! I think I'm more excited about getting the artwork now than the prospect of getting a holy grail MU vision!

There was this crescent shaped Star Wars ship a while back, I almost picked it up for my moon copter.

On a separate note, got the Cap magneto 2 pack on clearance for $8 thinking I just needed unmasked magneto, but I'm really liking the cap figure, he may be my default cap even over the rocker ankle one. Does anyone know if that vortious helmet works on magneto?
