I discovered yesterday that Marvel Universe fig wave 1 was in a supermarket, here in France!!
The price was 12.9euros, but there was so many of them... I have been able to choose between two wasps, three Hyperion and three grim reapers! I'm so happy!
If that means they're gonna be distributed normally across Europe, I'm happy they changed MU for MI!

I love how random spots get these figures... I can't wait for one of us to say, '' I was out last night drinking in a bar and when I went to drain the lizard, right next to the condom dispenser in the bathroom was a whole set of wave 3 !!! "

I was at the old folks home visiting my grandma and in the cafeteria snack machine there was marvel infinite figures... Sadly only cap and iron man. Those old folks beat me to the rest of the wave...

@samsson... We have been playing catch up for 18 months, and after getting WonderMan this week, and SHS Beast just today...I feel like we can chill for a bit! I do have a pre-ordered GIANT Godzilla (36"long X 24"tall) I will have to pay for soon. Customs are the answer to the long dry time. The 4 females (Moondragon, Jocasta, Tigra and Gamora) are in works now, still awaiting some parts, just time and money. The only male custom for the summer (Gravitron) is almost done now. Still have some custom vehicles (HYDRA of coarse) to finish up as well. Also working out some COMMISSIONED CUSTOMS as well.
You know me: I'm looney for Moonie (heh heh)
The only Godzilla I have is the NECA 12" long one, but I have seen the Jakks Pacific giant Godzilla. It made me long to be a kid again and stomp with it in the backyard, it is even taller than the Shogun Warrior Godzilla my dad had when he was a kid.

I'm sure y'all will enjoy it.

Evidently, I am old enough to be your father. I had the Shogun Warrior Godzilla as a kid. I had Raydeen, too. Awesome figures.

Found MU Thor, not sure what it's it actual name is, I just call it the good mold. Also a Target 2 pack Green Goblin. I have other versions of these character already but for $2.50 for the both of them and actually finding something at a thrift store I was pretty happy.

I'm sure that multiple of you are old enough to be my father's age, I still consider myself young, an adult, but young.

Yes keep her, paint her yellow and red, call her firestar, and save like $50.
Playing catch up I'm amazed at how much some cost, like aim soldier. I passed on aim soldier a while back, went back to grab it never seen it since. I think that archangel wave was one of my favs, never could find that wave. Also the ares wav may be my favorite.
I think mysterio is one of my sleeper figs, the novelty of fishbowl head, and chameleon underneath, every time my kids or their cousins see a stack of figs they grab mysterio first.

Mysterio is always a favorite villain of mine, as is Rhino who was also found in his wave. I prefer the toy of the Rhino as the new big guy buck they made was great for him and later used for Abomination.

I always pictured En Sabah as a crusty old guy with sandwich crumbs in his beard. Also, I had that Shogun Godzilla too....as a kid. I am still in my thirties.

Im getting excited for that GIANT Godzilla, but i do have to put that away for Christmas.

I really LOVED all of those customs that guy did with the Super Hero Squadies and the Imaginext people. Really cool stuff. Also, a lot of Playmobil stuff works great with MU. I like the castle stuff for Doom... soon you guys will see our Castle Doom.

Up early (0630) to watch le Tour de France Stage 2(this year in Yorkshire England) here one town over today. Should be fun. Taking a train into the town centre to avoid traffic.

Also, looking at our new SHS Beast right now.... very impressed. I think I may have to get some more of this line!!!

You know what always bothered me: why did The Thing only wear underwear to begin with? Everyone else got full uniforms, and all Ben got was blue underwear. It's like he was more so the pet than a team member.

Bringin' some humor with the sketch this time.

technically they "rebranded" it and re-launched it. (that was the story when it was announced) I believe that is industry jargon for "we gave you a perfect product, but we're gonna monkey with it until it's at the level of kid friendly garbage we think our consumers want!" I just wish marvel owned itself again and let actual comic writers and designers, write and design the other material.

Being a star wars fan I was sad clone wars ended.

Does it have any continuity with EMH or complete new start? I'm halfway into season 1 of EMH I love it

Avengers Assemble to my knowledge is more of a spiritual successor to EMH but is also mostly influenced by the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There's no explanation for Wasp and Ant Man to be missing if it was a direct sequel but it does have an episode where there's a flashback that's done in the style of EMH as a kind of nod to it. There's also an almost completely new cast aside from the dude who voices Hulk in pretty much all of the Marvel cartoons. But also interesting that some of the EMH cast kinda guest star as diff characters like Brian Bloom who was Cap on EMH voices Hyperion in AA. So it's like a hodgepodge of cartoon, movie, and its own continuity.

Overall though I can't really watch too much of AA just cuz it feels inferior in comparison and kinda makes me hate Man of Action and whoever thought it was a good idea to mix them into the 2nd season of EMH which was still really good but didn't feel as amazing as the first season and then scrap it with a different show altogether.

It's no different than Spectacular Spider-Man (which is animated perfection) getting replaced with the awful Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. Though I think that had something to do with Sony rights or something.

the story line (although there are many inconsistencies) is that the Avengers dissembled at some pint after EMH, then are brought back together because of the threat posed by Red Skull, and the cabal. there is even an episode with Molecule man's son that has a flashback sequence with Hawkeye in the style of EMH. but I agree the change was probably done to provide more familiarity to the fans of cinematic universe, hence the lack of Black Panther, wasp, ant man/ Yellow Jacket. It feels to me like the show was dumbed down more of a younger kids show, with "life lessons" blatantly spelled out in each episode. and it's a shame because I think EMH was really starting to rev up towards the end with winter soldier, Rulk, and lot of really obscure villains getting really great story lines and exposure. but lately that's the norm, just when something gets good, can it, look at Wolverine and the X-men! the last scene we get is an introduction to the age of Apocalypse! what a damn tease!

Wolverine and the X-Men deserved a second season so much. That show had a great overall story arc with an awesome finale. Too bad they'll probably never finish it with one of those straight to DVD movies they were cranking out left and right for a while.

Totally agree, especially when they teased the AOA at the end of the season sigh. Maybe when the X-Men Apoc movie comes out they'll go ahead with the toon if it's popular enough.

If they do it then it will be kiddie-fied down just like AA. I'm sorry but I don't find "toilet humor" funny.
