Yeah AG I am jelly of those pix. I had every MU figure from launch to the second set of hammer files, variants, exclusives all of them. Even had most of them in doubles so I can have one for display the other for whatever. Then I had a baby girl, the wife got breast cancer & my collections went out the door. Now that everything is in the clear & I've started back on my man room the collection has started back up. It really blows trying to find pieces that I sold that I'll probably never see again unless I'm willing to pay. Finished work early today, only 64hrs this week. Gonna celebrate by taking baby girl & wifey to see GotG

My comic book store has had that Spider-Man 3 figure peg warming for years.
Is it rare?

I can't answer for raf but I ordered mine right away (like as soon as I saw the listing right after it went up) and they got here a while ago. Odd cuz we live in the same area... I'm guessing hasbro didn't make enough to fulfill the orders and they were shipped first come first served basis. Plus I see several empty pegs at target with grey dots. I think I may have a crazy solution to the distribution issues. Hasbro should actually make some to sell lol.

Also saw GOTG yesterday, good movie. I wish marvel studios would get all their franchises back. They made a blockbuster movie out of a more obscure property (at least to me) and ASM 2 was a bit of a mess.

The guardians were definitely an obscure group to most, I anticipate seeing the movie myself and hope the 3D is cool. I'm hoping that after the film's success marvel tries other lesser known things like Moon Knight, Nova, Inhumans, etc. Besides the potential for more great movies (I would love seeing Annihilation as a film with Nova and the GotG) I hope they give us a stronger toy line to accompany them. Beyond the legends figures, Guardians isn't getting much collector love out there. I've had the three pack from MU since it first came out because I enjoyed the comics by Abnett and Lanning, but seeing them lazily repack those into MI hurts me as a collector looking to actually expand my team.

There was possibly a chance we could have gotten one around now if GotG had a 3.75" line. It could have been similar to the Avengers toy-line, some comic based and some movie (2 figures of each team member, one movie and one comic, and then also some members who don't have toys yet but aren't in the movie). I just hope Hasbro holds out well enough for us to see those figures in two years, or else Hasbro abandons the line and we get hurt again. The least they could have done with the MI repacks of the Guardians is use the white stripe look from Annihilation: Conquest, instead of the red stripe look from GotG vol.2, that at least would have been some variety.
Here's hoping for better tomorrows.

Here is my avengers display. I finally got access to a panoramic camera phone. I used fishing line and some clear plastics rubber bands that come in some packages to suspend the figures.

Good lord GotG was awesome! WOW for real it was like the ultimate tea-bag to DC Films. Hasbro really dropped the ball on no GotG 3.75" line. I would have bought the hell outta that. I just cannot explain to you or my wife how great these Marvel films are to me. As a child I just wished & thought how amazing it would be to see my comics as a movie. As I'm watching them I can't help but smile so much I almost cry. OK maybe a little bit. No spoilers but I have to admit I'm a comic fan with very little Guardians knowledge. The opening scene of the film was a little hard to swallow for both my wife & I.

So I'm just surfing ebay for some deals. I come across the Punisher Van from the Marvel figure line in the 90's. I had a whole mess of these as a kid. Do not remember the van. I really miss all the cool playlets & vehicles that we had back then. I kinda feel like I need this van. My wife will kill me though.

I would assume the beginning would be Starlord's origin, but I could be wrong, don't say it here though, that's spoilers. Looking at the Starlord toy, I can say one of the reasons it's awesome beyond many other figures is that it can hold its guns all the way with ease. No trigger in the way, it's not too small/big in any way to impede, and then they're solid and good looking. To often with 3.75" figures the gun accessories are flimsy, thin, or something else lame. Not saying that Starlord's guns are the only ones like this, but his standout as the way toy accessories should be (in this scale at least).

That is one sick looking agent venom! U gotta share the recipe for that.
@ en Sabah I've been fiddling around with that 3 pack star lord and I was impressed by the guns too. It's annoying how bad accessories can be sometimes but I love that star lord.

@kernel the agent venom custom is not my work so I can't take credit. It looks to be the iron spider with molded pads and armor. The maker used the iron spider back appendages to make venom tendrils. It's really cool! The seller on eBay is imaginetoys21, I'm not sure if it is his work though. Here's my villain shelf.
Can anyone help me identify the lizard I have in this pic? I picked him up at a local comic/toy shop and can't find him online. He works perfectly with 3.75 and has a word tail articulation that is spring loaded.

Dinobots sold out, Gauntlet still available.

EDIT: Star Wars set sold out. It seems that people do not want Gauntlet - it is still available.
