once the character rights are sealed...it is 100% legit and BEFORE (fingers crossed) Christmas they will go public with it. Logan Lerman has already signed an unknown film number movie contract (according to Hollywood reports as of today)..... anyway, just thought i would share!... The only IF in this deal, is IF we are gonna get a 3.75" toyline out of it. I cannot wait to see Spidey in the MCU!!!!!!

Not trying to go off topic, i really do mean this news (no longer rumours) to reflect on our beloved scale!!! I am ready to do a backflip now!!!!
Hearsay.
It literally says in the article "A guy from reddit claims a friend..."

Which could be someone making up crap, or could be legit. It's either or and nowhere near confirmed.

It's also been stated before that the Cap 3 script is finalized and it doesn't have Parker in it at all. The re-casting would also mean potentially them scrapping plans for Venom and Sinister Six as well as ASM 3.

We'll see come the date suggested, but I'd honestly suggest being cautiously optimistic. The whole "a friend of a friend told me on the internet" more often than not pans out to be false.

Has this been the longest dry spell ever for the 3.75 figures? Feels like it for me.

It really seems like it is. although, given that Wave 4 was all mostly repacks except Ionic Wonderman it may feel slightly longer than it actually has been. Still, that wave came out in the mid summer I think? SO it's been a good 4-5 months.

I won't lie, I'm getting antsy here. My wallet is thanking me but the holes in my collections are not.

Shit man, I get all of my incantation ingredients from Craig's list.

Come Christmas I will have Deathlok, Death's Head, Avengers Assemble Leader, and Avengers Assemble Nick Fury. Count on seeing pictures. I could open them now, but that would betray my inner child. Besides, making yourself wait for something you want can really improve the satisfaction of actually getting it.

I was just thinking that some day in 2015 I'll stop by target and see a 90's bishop on the shelves. At this rate in 2016 I'll even pick up (fingers crossed) gamora!
I have been filling out my MU collection, still need an Adam warlock. I think doc Samson is one of the few MU figures that I have no regrets that I passed up on.

Ohh, that's a fun topic!

Okay guys, what are the figures from Marvel Universe (or similar line) that you have no regrets passing on?
Some of mine: Doc Samson, Armored Hulk, Grim Reaper, Puck, individual release Angel, Nighthawk, and individual release Magneto.

I was just at my local Toys Я Us, and it was pretty stocked to the gills with pretty much every action figure line available right now. Scored sweet on some Turtles stuff, a few Sonics (I like the Eggman from Sonic Boom) and even finally saw Axe Cop figures (although on clearance)!

There were only two things that didn't look like anyone gave them any love. DC's Multiverse was down to just six Zods. Marvel 3.75 was just as pitiful for what's out there. No Infinite, no leftover Universe, not even any of the 5 PoA Spider-Man or Avengers. All that was there, was Iron Man 3 Assemblers at still $8 a piece(!) and Amazing Spider-Man 2/Captain America 2 for $12 each still.

I actually got a bit excited when I saw that they finally had Agents of SMASH figures (yeah, I know, but I wanted a Red Hulk from the show at least), but all they had were the three scales that they put Guardians out in: the tiny ones with the vehicles, the 6 inch or so ones, and some really big action feature ones. Even then, they only had Hulk and Rulk. No A-Bomb or Shulkie or villains or Devil Dinosaur or anything.

I'm not trying to bring doom and gloom because I know we're getting SOMETHING next year (plus it does me no good to be pessimistic about it!) but shit, they could have had something new/recent out there in the scale for Christmas, instead of old movie lines (then again, this same TЯU had Thor and Iron Man 2 sticking around for $10 when Avengers came out)

God I hope we get something - anything in this scale, for Avengers 2.

Solid Vision, dark blue Johnny Storm, both Ultrons (as well as the Reed from the Secret Wars 2 pack but I ended up getting him in a lot later). I'm sure there's at least one more, but he's not comin' to mind.

EDIT: Regular Galactus for $50, as I was like "I already have Dark Galactus I don't need two". Then I realized I wanted one more like MvC3's.
Also: Iron Man 2 Undercover Assault set when everyone was selling theirs reasonably here. I was low on funds then and now that Widow is literally my most wanted figure in this scale next to DC Infinite Heroes Earth-2 Robin.

For me it would be :
Jean (no neck) Grey
Kitty
Multiple Man
Dark Hawk
Patriot
Puck and most of the X-men. I have the Box set and angel, Iceman and Beast, but those are to finish off the Champions. Also Apocolypse and Juggs cause they are bad ass. The X-Men kind of lost it for me when the movies came out and sucked sooooo bad. Also the comics havent help cause they seem to rehash the same thing and not in any different way. Funny how main stream media can make or break something

I've been finding a lot of the new figures in stores lately. Pretty awesome. I rounded out the ones I wanted with She-Hulk today.

Jean Grey was so freaky looking with just a tiny head sitting on top of a torso.
Darkhawk was actually one of my must-haves, he's still one of my favorites to just stare at in my display.

Coming for a little mental help. I bought a mini guardians set for the hadron enforcer and it fits well with my my 3 3/4 figs but I find myself wanting a small box or crate to put it in so that it can go in the back of a military type jeep. Preferably with a cover. The Indiana Jones boxes are too small and I can't think of anything in this scale. Any help appreciated.

the crates that come with the Big Lots knock off GI Joe sets are one inch square, and they open up. I think there like "international peace keepers" they have a couple good scale play sets.

MU Jean Grey (no neck) plus Scarlet head(pony tail from joe) equals Jean Grey from the 90s Xmen cartoons.

On the pegs I don't regret passing on WW Hulk or Skaar.

On the pegs I regret passing on Luke Cage.

They might be the only 3 individual figures I let stay on the pegs.

I also left some two packs, and I regret not just getting all the Secret Wars ones, especially the Piledriver Secret Wars 2-pack.

Online I regret passing on Vision. Though to be fair, I had a Vision go astray in the mail (if it was ever sent), but that was after I'd passed on him twice.

I would really like to get that Black Widow too. I got a head cast but the hair piece was put on so that she has a big forehead. That glue is really on there too.
I don't regret passing on DCIH Earth-2 Robin at all!!! Such an ugly costume!
Plus WW Hulk, Skaar, Armored Hulk... I just need the ONE Hulk!
