That's your forearms that move, not just your wrist. It moves at your elbow. Unless you're a mutant.

Swivel elbow joints are helpful, but I enjoy wrist cuts as well. No one said they were necessary. Ultimately, a wrist hinge is what we really need, but difficult to implement and make durable in 3.75 scale.
Of all the joints compromised in the new wave, I find that I'm okay losing thigh and calf swivels completely, meh on losing wrist and bicep articulation, but wtf on losing waist and/or torso completely. No ab crunch motion on Beast or Spidey is just wrong.

For wrist swivel I plan on using the technique Jin Saotome uses to add articulation to skylanders, hence the need to find eye glasses screws in bulk.

Here is the link if interested

I found the thigh and boot swivel kind of redundant on cable and punisher.
I preordered the new set of 9 from bbts but I may cancel. I already have dark hawkeye and 2 pack daredevil. $145 after shipping for the 7 new figures I want breaks down to over $20 a pop, heck I might as well get a whole case or get them individually on ebay. I guess at least I'll have some custom fodder with the older bucks.

I've been slowly stockpiling MU fodder ever since the distro went south and they started showing up in stores less consistently; you could tell that a change was coming, and ultimately the only way to get certain characters (and now, well articulated figures of those characters) was going to be to make them yourself. The only thing I didn't really do was gather up MU female bodies because they kind of suck except she-hulk.

The lack of diaphragm or upper torso articulation is what annoys me, especially for beast.
As for bishop, I don't mind the non-liefeld arms, at least not from looking at the pics. His hands look a little funny without any glove sculpt it looks like he was eating blueberries.

I use Imgur for photo hosting then just insert the links in my post.

Imgur is free and really easy to use plus it gives you all the links needed to copy/paste on every photo you upload. I typically take pics with my phone upload them to imgur from the phone app, then log into imgur on my computer copy/paste the link and call it day. Total time involved is a couple mins, plus if you already have pics on your phone just get the imgur app and start uploading them.

Also I would recommend doing all of this over wifi as sometimes imgur is a bit slow on 4g.

That Ronan puts mine to shame, the paint is flawless and sculpting.

Thanks samsson I was wanting to see him and he is extremely well done.

Here is my next tip on imgur if you go the the image you uploaded there are a bunch of links on the right hand side. If you copy and paste the link that says for message boards the post will show the pic instead of a link.

Either way you are accomplishing the task at hand so nice work.

Saw the 2.5 inchers today for Age of Ultron... bah. Did find Avengers Assemble Loki though, and I'd been looking for that for a few weeks, so that's tops.

Dunno if it's a trick of the camera or what, but I found this picture online, and I gotta say, I'd have preferred this color scheme to the flat pinks and blues on Galactus we got. The colors are more cosmic-y, and evoke the Toybiz Galactus:

Is that the variant colored one based on the ultimate alliance video game? I hope they make an ultimate alliance 3.
