What did you use for the Gungnir staff? I've been using the end of the stick thing that came with Avengers line Ultimate Thor, but it's way too short.

It's the spear that came with the DCUC Hawkwoman.

There are a lot of figures/characters that Hasbro could easily make but doesn't seem up to trying. Here's what I've seen as possible and very easy for Hasbro to do but they probably never will because they've become lazy and indifferent to this scale: repaint the new Cap'n America into his Bucky color scheme and give him his appropriate belt and accessories, retool the Colossus buck into a High Evolutionary with a new head and soft-plastic torso covering, just repaint the individual Magneto with normal red/purple colors and no mud-face look this time, Venom made from comic pack Dark Spider-Man with a new head for a more classic-sized Venom, Stryfe would be fairly easy to retool from the Colossus buck just with a new helmet and small flair bits, Age of Apocalypse Sunfire on the Jim Lee buck, and there are more. These would be really little effort on Hasbro's part to make but they either no longer care or want less pose and stuff.

I am off to the DIY store tomorrow. It combines what I had in mind with what it was missing. I may go with the Quinjet launch bay instead of the reception hall though.

Also, did I spy the IamElemental line in your setup?

A Quinjet launch bay would be fantastic. I've seen a few people convert the old G.I. Joe Defiant shuttle into a Quinjet and it works pretty nicely. I look forward to seeing it when you're done.

And those are indeed a couple of the IamElemental figures. I was one of the Kickstarter backers, and those two are my reward figures. They're great, and in hindsight I wish I would have just gotten the whole set. I plan on grabbing a set one of these days from their site.

I found this really awesome Traffic Light diplay that came with a Toybiz "Web Swinging" Spiderman. Not only is the Traffic Light great looking it also came with a Newspaper stand complete with 3 tiny newspapers inside. The weird part is that the figure is the typical 5" figure but this display was meant for 3.75" it scales perfectly.

That's excellent. And the trussed-up Kraven in the background is outstanding.

Sweet display K Dubious! Seriously, if I wandered outside and saw all that going down in my city, I'd stay in and drink coffee all day. Utter chaos. =)

K Dubious, I love the picture, especially the Blackheart. He's not on my short wishlist (top 30) but he's actually pretty close to it, top 40 at least.

I figure given the sculpt of the head they'll never make him though.

You know, for all our bitching and complaining about Infinite Beast with now waist movement, it really is just a non articulated Hercules, and he's pretty cheap these days. His arms can be MU Astonishing Beast's because furry bits and that, and there you've wrist movement.
It's just a bitch that Hasbro is making us buy more figures to fix the ones they didn't do properly

Got this DP from eBay today, not sure if it's from canceled pack or maybe an upcoming release, but like this mold better than the 3pk version.

Could just be a well done custom because it doesn't look that hard to pull off. Maybe a mass produced and repainted Chinabay type figure or whatever, this should have been the upcoming individual figure.

Variant to the upcoming blue and yellow perhaps??? It came from somewhere, perhaps there. Time will tell, if not then it is a bigger mystery. Looks good though! I am sure someone here has studied the upcoming release photo and could tell if it is the same mould or not. The colours pop a lot better than the 3 pack one for sure.

That lamp post is PERFECT in that scene! Very very very nice indeed. I love your setup as well and take pride knowing that I helped with a few of those figures in there! I must like it I gave up some HYDRA troops, as I wouldn't trade those for anything!!! 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉

Unlikely a variant. It's the same body as New Infinite Deadpool with 3 packs head

I was actually surprised that when Hasbro showed off their official version it was on the Herc body and not this one. This buck seems far more appropriate for Skurge IMHO.
