Here's a warning. Silver Surfer's board might have a noticeable footprint on the board from how his foot is sitting in the packaging. The one I was sent and one that I bought both had the problem, doubt it's a coincidence.

Other than that, it's a great pack.

Just take off the legs and pull the sash off. To take the legs off, just swivel them upward towards her head like she is doing the splits and they should come right off.
