For the larger baf KO Groot, I would suggest using the magnet technique. Follow this (and ALL the tips there) like a recipe and can't fail. Practice on a garage sale toy or really cheap something or other FIRST!!!! That way you don't ruin your Groot while "learning."

For Beast the fix is simple and as follows:

step #1: chuck rubbish figure
step #2: buy SHS version

done! Upgraded in two easy steps.
Honestly this beast is one of the few time that I haven't upgraded to the newer one simply because I fing the she one far supior

Just got the last regular MU I needed to complete my collection. Unfortunately the bubble is completely unglued. Anybody interested for $35 plus shipping?

Is she loose and displayed? If she is loose and bagged, is it an acid free bag? Sunlight exposure? Smoke? Is there a lot of dust?

10 Ultron's will cost you a pretty penny though

going with the Goldtrons when they are released later this years...wave 3 or 4. Hoping for some Chinabay action on him too. I will just get one a week or every fortnight or so. I am a patient army builder.

HYDRA-done (after I finish Zola which the LAST parts came in yesterrday)
S.H.I.E.L.D.-99% done (need to send 4 mini custom Mandroids away to Pilkster for a paint job)
A.I.M.- 99% done (need a SCIENTIST SUPREME head from Vort)
Skrulls-99%done (waiting for 2 royal guards to come in from a trade)
Doombots-99% done (have struck trade deals for the final four just yesterday)
Chitauri- 99% done (awaiting a Cosmic Chariot from K-Dubious, should be here Friday)
ULTRON- 7% done (just have a single red/silver one, need 10 of the Goldtrons when released)
Molemans army- 0% ( but do have 5 Hobbit Goblins for customs, need Moleman, Giganto, but have the giant wrestling figure to make hyim from, and 10 Gollums from the Hobbit)...loooong way to go on those... by NEXT Christmas though, nice and slow

Well good luck with the Goldtrons, I think I might go that way too.

I didn't do armies, I went for characters rather than soldiers so my HYDRA is made up of Red Skull, Sin, Zola, Strucker, Crossbones, Madame Hydra, Grim Reaper, & Grant Ward. The only real army I have is the Iron Man Armoury.

I started with just the one Iron Man, very happily with only one, then I got the Silver Centurion/Mandarin 2 pack, and then the IM3 Hall of Armour and I thought I'd get the 7 movie armours, then a few assemblers and a couple of 5POAs from the Quinjet and IM3, and the Iron Spider, and the Cartoon armour, and a Hulkbuster. I still don't think I have enough to fill an armoury, this is what you must be like with HYDRA

You might be able to get the yellow off with the peroxide+sunlight method. Its worked great for me when brightening up old GI JOEs.

I'm kind of surprise you didn't have him already, sucks about the bubble coming off, that usually happens on the TF figures from the FOC line...

Happens to Black Series and MUI bubbles too. I actually like it, I open my figures but I do like to keep the card backs sometimes. If the sealant wears out naturally I don't run the risk of tearing the art on the card. I can see it being a huge problem for mosc collectors though.

Are you using a Retaliation Flint as Ward? Movie Alexander Pierce is easy if you have the parts. Prof X body with a Crimson Guard Fred head.

A Rise of Cobra Dennis Quaid body and a Vort cast Flint head was cheaper than the actual Flint, but same difference.
I had seen that Pierce recipe, but Xavier and Fred together are a pretty penny so eventually I'll get him.
For Strucker I used an Avatar Jake Sully head on the CA:TFA Red Skull body to give him a younger look with the short hair like at the end of Winter Soldier. More of a mix with comic Strucker than a true movie Baron.
Also it was the only spare head I had

If they don't, the exo armors from the first avengers movie should fit it.

Yeah they addressed this at JoeCon. The factories are using a new plastic for the bubble which doesn't adhere well to the adhesive.
