the new GotG LEGENDS box set....... coming in Autumn.

Groot has a much more comic looking head. Could look great paired with our scale. Gamora is PERFECT!!!! I hope that is the look we get next year when she makes her 3.75" debut.

I couldnt image them putting in her in a different look to be honest. She has only had 4 looks. The original fishnet nightmare, the awesome mankini with skulls and cape (that matches the team uniform colours) the whie modern one that most people hate and then her movie look. (even though she had 2 outfits in the film)

Anyway, I really like the Groot. Wish they would have put him in uniform as well. Oh well, I wont be getting it but applaude the effort. Box looks great! Make me wonder even more about the SDCC-MU exclusive this year....

I disagree, I reckon in that circumstance they'd put even the tiniest effort into it.
Therefore it will be the Hulk from Avengers 1 with new trousers, Thor from TDW, repainted Cap from TWS, the Mk 43 & Black Widow from the 2 pack (except now she has the batons), & an A1 Hawkeye. Then the whole centre piece would be a 4.25" movie Ultron/Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch/Vision. One of those 3 to make us all kill to have it, despite the many repacks.

Slick Work Pilkster!

I was thinking of a way to make a Thanos Throne, but after messing with Thanos and his skirt piece I couldn't get the figure in an accurate sitting position so I gave up. Plus I realized the size requirement for a proper Throne would have a large footprint and since I currently have my Galaxy figures floating from the wall I gave up.

That being said I think you nailed it man. I may still take a swing at it since I still have loads of foam board, but I doubt it will make it to my diorama/collection.

Thanks dude.. I love seeing snippets of your diorama, I remember watching a video of the hole thing and being so jealous, that video and the SDCC dioramas are what got me collecting.

That means a lot thanks!!

I will agree completely seeing these "Action Figures" in "Action" is what hooked me too. My first real MU purchase was the SDCC Helicarrier, at the time I had less than 5 or 6 MU figures and I just wanted a way to display them better, 3 years later I'm in DEEP!

Placed an order with Vort on Wednesday for two figure kits, a male and female. The colors are going to be set up so I'll end up with a Captain Universe and a Hellcat for my display after a little tweaking on my end. Can't wait!!

Well good luck getting them before the end of Summer, he takes a good age to get them out, and then they take an age getting to you. But I guess he does his best. I made an order last week, I'm not going to start wondering where it is for at least a month

Well my Blue Beast now has a literal chip on his shoulder. I was seeing how far up I could get his arms and the plastic from the torso sliced into his arm. Haha, this is really how cheap and lazy Hasbro has gotten with their figure designs.

Probably will, he's going to be clutched in my Sentinel's hand once I get a replacement so battle damage would make sense. The articulation on him isn't good enough do anything else besides just stand there. Like really, the lack of torso articulation wouldn't be so bad if they at least game him a neck hinge so he could look up.

I also might paint him green and find a head sculpt that would turn him into Jackal.

EDIT: Well, I just got him in a decent mid-air pose like he leaped off a building or something.

He does do his best, but by time you get it, you may forget what you ordered and why lol

A lot of his Facebook posts are about how hard it is to run this business on the small income he gets, so we can't exactly blame him for not getting our bits out for some time. But we know who we're ordering from when we do, so it's us to blame if we moan about long shipping times.

He does it by himself (as far as I know) so I'm always prepared for the wait. It's fine with me since the end result is always well worth it. :-)

It is indeed, my Magneto head and helmet is the business, perhaps my favourite figure and accessories

Heads up guys:

Mego | eBay

I recommend this seller for MOSC figures anyways, but looks like he accidentally listed the Deadpool/Taskmaster pack as a Mego pack. If any of you guys are looking for one i'd keep an eye on it since it probably won't turn up when other people search for Deadpool/Taskmaster

And at such a low price in comparison. Were it not for the fact I've got a Taskmaster coming, I'd snap. I need the Deadpool anyway.

Jimmyo, I selected the following:

NC28 Head (clear sparkly blue)
Medium Male Arms (clear sparkly blue)
Articulated Open Hands (clear sparkly blue)
Male Torso 14 (upper torso clear sparkly blue, lower torso white)
Medium Male Legs (white)
Medium Male Boots (white)

This way I have a minimum of painting (eyes and face) and that should be it.

Fists would be a possibility as well, but I wanted the open hands for zappy poses.
