But I do want a modern Luke Cage for my collection too. It's tempting to go retro, but I'm kinda hoping maybe we'll get lucky and they'll do the more modern Thunderbolts/New Avengers outfit with a new head(a no sunglasses version).

done and done Colonel Bludd

GREAT pic as always LapuLapu!!! That Luke head on the movie Nick Fury body might make a nice one!!! The newest Nick TRU repack doesnt have the shiney buckles paint app, I dont think Blade does shiney....unless it is sharp.

Bottom line, the more painting on figures you do the better you get. So get cracking! We don't even need Hasbro no more!!
I've got one of them 5POA Caps sculpted sitting on a red ans blue bike, the Cap comes off and the bike is a perfect MU Cap bike.

As for the castle, in the film the inside was filmed at Dover Castle, which is about 15 minutes from my house! We went the day after Downey was there, they'd left when we got there.
But all the scenes inside Struckers castle, I've been up and down that keep about 30 times. It's amazing knowing Tony Stark was there.

I managed to paint myself the blue outline on Magneto's helmet, which I was very proud of because I have to paint eyeballs with a needle end

^^^ I would leave too if you on your way to my castle!!!

That is cool, 90% of Marvel Studios stuf is shot here in the UK. Pretty much everything minus location wide shots, the rest of location stuff is done here on green screen.

Regarding legends i nearly went there again tonight, i had a £10 voucher for tru so i took my daughters over, don't know if you've been to the one in bradford but i tried it for the first time, its not as big as birstall but they had more than double the amount of marvel toys than the birstall one.
Anyway i made the decision the other day that i was going to focus on 3.75, as i've not been collecting long i've been buying everything i like like a big kid including some select and the new legends figures, well i'm going to sell those on ebay.

I went in the mind of buying blue beast with my £10 voucher but when i got there tonight they had all the marvel toys at buy one get one half price and had all the odin legends wave, i was so tempted as i really like the look of the hawkeye and thor figures, but i was strong and i refrained from this and stuck to my guns.
I bought blue beast and the transformed version of sandman (would have been rude not to with the offer that was on)
to finish the story off i spent a fortune as one of my girls wanted the aou thor pop to go with her collection and my other little girl wanted a barbie, and the worst thing is i realised when i pulled up at home i didn't even use my £10 voucher, knob head

I took it to par just at noon time today! Looking forward to having your custom Mandroid made!!! They are the final pieces to S.H.I.E.L.D. being done. So close to being done with army building and showing them off to you guys!!!!

I have never been to that TRU Law. I normally actively avoid Bradford like the plague!!!! Always feels like I am about to be mugged when I go there. I will give it a go when May rolls around.

I did get the olive green Doom from our K Dubiuos and he is our main one now and always! We took him to the park and to a restaurant as well last weekend. And every other sentence we said started with,"Doom says..."

Doom says he would like to go on the swings. Doom says he would like an ice cream now. Doom says I will have the pasta please. Even made a little basket for him on the lads bike!!

We were going to take him to see AoU but forgot. Last year we took Galactus to GotG. I think it fun!!! I like that K Dubs killer diorama is centred around Doom. He stood tall on Castle Doom so he is the centre of our Doom army!!!

Wanda Appreciation: I'm loving this figure. She's got an excellent headsculpt. Disappointed about the lack of articulation, but I'm overall happy with this figure.

I am really digging on her the more mI see her. She is an instant buy for the energy orbs but I am starting to like her. Don't know where I would fit her in, but she is growing on me.

She's a definite buy for me.

Need her to start rounding out my movie shelf avengers. Since there's no vision yet, the only two figures I'm looking for to add to that shelf are her and Ant-man.

Thankfully in her case because of her powers, the lack of articulation won't hinder much. But it does kinda suck that you're stuck with the "arms at her side looking badass spell cast" or "arms up in the air badass spell cast." But hey, at least either way it looks badass!

Good lord, I was just about to suggest a game of sorts where we could post comic/movie scenes. Clearly the force

I got her at Walmart. I'd heard many say they found her there, so I tried and there she was.

Yeah, I'd love for some more articulation to get her in more dynamic poses. Oh well, maybe we'll get it in the Cap: Civil War line???
