Looking good. Wish I'd gone with the IM2 Titanium Man for Ultron's new body now instead of the MKII though.

Yes, that is the light up base/Secret Wars Hulk head on the Avengers Assemble Hulk body. It is my go-to Hulk in my collection. He makes some awesome poses.

So, any takers on when/ if we'll see figures based off of Rage of Ultron? (regular versions plus nano Ultron heads), it would be nice to get
-Thor (female, aka?), includes alternate "infected head"
-Scarlet Witch ( Uncanny Avengers look), alternate "infected head"
-Quicksilver (Uncanny Avengers look), ditto
-Captain America (Falcon verson), use the flight/ wing pack on the back version plus the shield
-Sabertooth (Uncanny Avengers)
-Spider Man. Include "infected head"
-Starfox (current look)
-Ultron (modern version)
Avenger Ultrons (Ultron drones that where based on the Avengers line up he fought in the opening flash back)
-Captain Ultron
-Hawktron
-Beastron
-Thortron
-Iron Ultron
-etc
I figure Hasbro could get a few waves off of it, heck, even

I doubt it because that would require effort on their part.

Wow those make the comic Ultron look so much better by comparison. Damn it why couldn't they have made him look like that in the movie?

they were probably concerned that the comic look of ultron would be to hard to give facial expressions to, so they went with a more human look so he could convey emotion through facial expressions.

Do those movie Ultron heads fit on the comic ultrons or maybe an IM2 mark 2?

Agreed. Ultron is constantly upgrading/changing in comics and the only thing that stays is that jack o lantern face, much more menacing and creepy than the toothless old man mouth.

I haven't seen the movie yet but yeah the idea of Ultron having a moving mouth is odd to say the least. You only really need the eyes and the voice to get emotions across, case in point being Bane from TDKR. Half the time you couldn't even really tell what Tom Hardy was saying but his point was still obvious.

Yep, I think I'm going to have to do this as well once I see those locally. That's awesome.

Also, I just snagged a couple extra movie Frost Giants to add to the Jotun forces. Two Gigantic Battle Giants, three movie giants and I'm hoping to eventually snag at least thee MOTUC Icer figures to add as well. My Jotun come in all shapes and sizes.

Would you trade that for a movie accurate Olson Twin's little sister?
No, I wouldn't trade all of those for just Scarlet Witch. I would expect a full line of super articulated figures with good sculpts. Pretty much what the Infinite line is supposed to be, but isn't because they'd rather "cut costs" by giving us two shitty movie lines, and one comic based line that used to be great but is steadily going downhill because they're cutting costs exactly where they shouldn't.

It goes both ways too, they could cut the movie lines completely (fat chance) and focus all funds and tooling towards the Marvel Universe Infinite line so we can get articulation AND good sculpt.

Or scrap the stupid choking hazard 2.5 inch figures and spend the funds from that line improving the existing AoU 3.75 inch line. Seriously, who thought War Machine on a motorcycle was a good idea?????? I would've called that sort of thing out as being nothing but sheer stupidity even when I was a child.

They could even do what they have been doing with the Legends waves and have 2 movie figures and 4 comic figures in the MUI waves.

Literally anything but their current plan is acceptable. They really are trying their hardest to kill off 3.75 inch figures, both Star Wars and Marvel.

And Joes....

Those Ultrons look ace as background figures.

The emotion in his face was pivital in his appearance, that is why no Jack-o-lantern face I feel. The first one had it a bit. The one from the first trailer that gets crushed. I agree with my man Kylactus on that one.

Samsson, he looks cooler in pics than he actually is. At least I felt so. Picked up two at the release of 2014 wave 4 because we all thought he was going super hard to score. Needed trade bait and they sat for months. Good, but not good enough to replace the two pack version, wound up just giving him to Pilkster.

That movie Wanda is the business PP! She looks absolutely perfect. Great job.

I am afraid the 2.5" line is here to stay. According to Hasbro Corporate it's " exciting new scale with playsets and vehicles sales numbers have exceeded projections." That means they made money... A lot of it.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for line line Rat Prime. Perhaps some Ultron and Antman love is coming from the SDCC set in just ten weeks.

Great pic Icey..... Reminds just how much goodness is in Radioactive Man. He may be the coolest figure under the MU banner.

Nice setup Samsson. I know you're excited to have a placeholder for the official release. And most likely looks better than that one will end up looking too.
