Wouldn't it be cool if they did that sdcc legends pack in 3.75" version with hella and dormammu scaled to to hat scale? I wish we get a white tiger and powerman using the web warriors design and venom, scorpion, shocker and carnage. It is sad they are just giving up on this scale. I can do without some of the articulation they threw out but wrist and ankles are a must. They are also using cheaper plastic.

I actually do want that too. And luckily I will be there preview night to hopefully snag a couple of these (or more if some of my buddies don't plan on getting one for them) It'll look cool with the 12 inch blue Goliath and I never did shell out the 100+ for a BAF Giant-man. But this makes me think of two things.

First, it doesn't make me feel good about the line of toys since technically only one of those figures are an actual 3.75 inch figure. One is literally the size of a Legends fig.

But the thing that sorta bums me out is that Legends gets some great figs in their box sex of various characters. I mean, that Magik looks great. The 3.75 line is basically just promotion for the movie and we're getting technically 5 Ant-Mans (Ant-Men?). It just feels like they went the lazy man's route for the line here this SDCC.

Though I'm not going to complain since I had almost given up on any exclusive there and I really do like the set. But dang I was hoping for the Great Lakes Avengers.

Exactly my thoughts. ÂŁ40 odd doesn't seem that bad for the set, but secondary market prices will make it at least ÂŁ40 for shipping alone.

It's a cool set. Not something I need, but cool. I might see if Pym is still on eBay and just get him and be done.

The giant Giant-Man is tempting, but most of that set I can pass on.

But it is a decent convention set definitely! Now if only they could make the rest of the Avengers Academy in MI including a scaled down version of that Giant-man. Maybe we'll see that later on down the line because of upcoming MCU and ANAD stuff?

That's cool... I'll probably grab one if I can get one on HTS or from someone not marking it up too high. Not sure what the big deal is with the rotating antannae lol. I may skip the ML giant man. To me its good news that we are getting SOMETHING rather than nothing. I may try and snag that legends set too for dormammu and hela. I picked up one of the chinabay lab coat figs so now I can paint the hair brown and have a Peter Parker on that one.

Nice to see there is a set after all, I'd about given up on it. On the other hand it's not something I'm craving. Which is good because I know I'm going to spend some good money on the legends set. Ah well, can't win 'em all.

I'm gonna get it for sure. my only complaints would be that it's not "really" a five figure set IMO, it's more of a new giant battles set. that and the crazy con packaging, not as bad as last year, but flap covered window boxes are hard to display.

Mandroids.... very excited!

Ant-Man set.... like a really horrible hummer from a really hot chick. Grateful to get it, but could have really done without it.

Been busy getting the SHIELD army ready for the mandroids arrival. Back on track now. I will also be back to posting regularly now. Also just one hour ago was offered a job from Disney making Marvel and Star Wars sculptures out of glass at their parks in Florida and Paris! Good day. I will be tri-citied now and not be poor..... yeah! That means I can now use MU as a tax write off because it is a scuptural aid in my work. Suck it IRS and Her Majesty's Inland Revenue....

the separate micro Ant-Man is really stupid
they should have just added to the regular set
it is not worth $9.99

Picked up a Hyperion and aurora at target for a grand total of free. Why free you ask? Basically I turned in villainous scum that was stealing figures and as my unnecessary reward for being a snitch the store manager have them to me with a 20$ gift card since the thief totally destroyed the boxes they were in and was stopped before more were damaged.

^I would like to hear more of that story. I can't seem to find employees around when I need them, much less a manager.
